This is an update after Batty informed me of the current conditions still facing the region where the Marsdens Trial is located.

He is taking extra precautions and that is VERY necessary... I hope it goes well for the trial days too.

Those who managed to respond and continued to support (with voluntary funds) since the February Trial will be updated soon after Batty returns safely home with his submitted coverage.

Be careful Batty and carry a mask or two to be safe & sure....

    Dear Yogi Brood:

I thank you for your request to visit the site. I did, and I understand the needto qualify people. I desire to share with you that from the short time I was in PIPS before it was frozen and investigated I learned to admire Brian and his programs that he set up to help people. Before I became a member I got onto the PIPS website everyday for many months reading what Brian wrote and the responses that people gave. I desire to help in any way possible as I believe Brian is a man of integrity, and I would like to see him free of his current situation. I have also tried to follow what has been going on for him with his trials.

    Sincerely,
    Cheerfulsoul

Thank you for the email request. I first need to steer you to this Rolclub Sticky thread link>>: http://www.rolclub.com/pips-program-...nor-group.html

You need to comply to the criteria stipulated therein and like the many ex-PIPsters, it shouldn't be a problem for you either... please abide correctly as I wish to avoid back & forth mails on how to simply follow the process prior to being accepted as a HDG.

We are all and once WERE, solemn believers of the PIPs Plan and vision if you will however, things have since swerve somewhat and now, there is still this divided group within the HDG that each and everyone has a right to one's individual opinion... and for this to sustain, uphold & be respected... it became the result of the HDG success. No one needs to cheer or holler down another for differing views while being together in the HDG List.

It is no more the focus on or whatever is the topic issue over what was of Bryan Marsden or Sharon's credibility and past performance or PI Inc's demise... whatever.

This trial coverage is about what is going on and to be abreast of the current process and hopefully, till the day it stops and ends with a closure, allowing both sides (pro & anti Marsdens) and all involved are satisfied with the outcome, albeit a sentence from a verdict or the Marsdens are freed for being proven innocent... WHATEVER.

We are simply the bystanders that listens and follows and have no single influence on any of the Trial proceedings hence, no one but ourselves are the initiative makers of this choice... to cover the trial and not dependent on Free Handouts nor are we ever a Charity set-up. We have to foot our own expenses covering the trial.

We remain independent and have no links to the Marsdens for as far as their trial is concern... we are simply bystanders with a separate interest... and like you, we all want to know HOW, WHERE and WHY that has happen or should then happen to WHAT is left of the money entrusted with Bryan.

    YB.
