Thanks Chrissl for standing up to your core belief and the genuine conscience you hold true and thats what we wish to behold when making friends with good intent and it is alright if he acted otherwise... it may be a disappointment by some account to survive in some way at other ppl's expense... well, we all do our best to win hearts and be best remembered as I did myself at a terras too with Bryan in Amsterdam.

However, many more were not that fortunate to get that close but soon began to distance themselves after learning of the developing events that has no turning back for many who lost much more albeit they being in HI or at Langkawi or the many smaller conventions which brought many together into becoming a special friend from somewhere around the globe.

ROLClub became a follow-up forum for all who has a mind and experience, willing to share with others just to reminisce the better days... it is not about who or which side U R on... To each his own is a safer way to abide and respect so we can still discuss like any member welcoming a new stranger and holds no qualms of what is said nor believed in.

Everyone deserves to be heard and respected for his thoughts and beliefs in here.

Soon, we will get to know more and deeper with what led to the Plea as bargain for Guilt... what was it which led to that compromise after all???

    Announcement

Due to the current state of Batty's uncertain recovery resulting from his recent Trial Coverage in Seremban, a region known to have an equally strong viral flu presence, he has informed me of being unable to attend today's court sitting which was scheduled by the presciding Judge.

On behalf of the HDG, I wish Batty our prayers and best wishes and Godspeed with recovery somehow and soon.

I had to immediately source a reliable alternative who was prepared to quickly drive across to Malaysia a day before at short notice and seek available hotel accommodation to be punctual for the court session when it commenced as from 09:00.

The said professional, who holds a PhD and is a practising Doctor in a specialized commercial field (not in medicine) was prepared to stand-in and is also well versed with the local Malay language both in speech and text.

I have received awhile ago, his SMS confirmation on the hearing and will soon submit his coverage feedback, hopefully later this evening.

This feedback will reach by email to ALL valid HDGers only.

Members who last received the August Breaking News, who were either Non HDGers, one-time E-Gold Donors or ex RC Forumers and expired HDGers, who responded with their appreciation but still chose to ignore a symbolic gesture of gratitude with a compensation donation for what Batty went through in undertaking on all our behalf before contracting the feared Flu virus, will not receive any more coverage.

Several had indeed realized and donated for which we appreciate their support. They are now added to the list.

We will from hereon, remain with the valid HDGers who continue to support with their kind donations.

The setting aside of every $10 for Batty's current recovery compensation (contracted from the flu virus) from adequate donations will continue until word from Battyis received that he no longer needs it.

    YB.

Thumbs up Thanks for your concern

    Hi all,

First, I want to say thanks to everyone for their get well soon messages and contribution. My humble apologies for not being able to cover the August 20th trial, I wished to be there. It feels strange not be in the forefront to gather the news.

Anyways, I have complete faith in my stand-in. I am recovering well but have managed to spread the flu to some of my family members. It's dangerous for my mother sa she had pulmonary endema, recently and has a weaken immune system.

I am getting a air ionizer for the home to clear the air and gopefully one for the car as well. Yesterday, we recorded 500 over new cases of H1N1 in ONE day!!!! The ionizers I am getting are the sized of a small nightlight and can be place anywhere in the house.

Again, thanks for everything and hope you all keep safe.

    Regards from Batty and family.

Announcement to returning Donors who are not HDG-Listed

There was this recent opportunity made open to allow members to receive and support with donations to cover the Marsdens Trial. This was a risky step and move that did not appeal to many HDGers... however, it was a small hurdle we can overcome once we consolidate back to our firm ruling and understanding being adhered and applied effectively.

That opportunity gave all past Donors of whatever form back then, to reconsider with a privileged Trial Coverage fed back and distributed to them, for as good as FREE, at the expense of loyal supporting HDGers.

However, it was also mentioned, this is an opportunity for them and their support is most welcome and accompanied with the much needed donation sought for as they adhere, like ALL our current valid HDGers have done.

Visit this RC Sticky thread link>>: http://www.rolclub.com/pips-program-...nor-group.html

From there, adhere the required criteria and be listed promptly.

It now appears, some have returned and only donating the minimum, which applies only to valid HDG members. If you are NOT at all or anymore, but wish to be reinstated again, all you have to do is simply follow the initial step with a contribution of $30 or equivalent to the currency one is from.

After that, a minimum of $11,50 is adequate prior to every upcoming trial.

This Fund is NOT a Bank that thrives on interests gained, there is NONE of that and hence, it only decreases at every coverage the Trial is followed on. The $11,50 is certainly not a sum that perpetually recreates on its own either, yes, the PIPs Promise seem to offer that utopian dream & wishful thinking which isn't the reality we have to face currently.

The other risk faced was the fact that we may have the troublemakers we want to deter from ever returning but this time, with simply donating with the minimum required which they also fail to reconfirm their authorisation for receiving the Email feedbacks.

Smart move they might have thought... but I'm also on the lookout for them with these stern ruling imposed.

So, if one does not apply and adhere but have donated a minimum amount and instead ignore our current criteria needed to be followed up, we thank them for their donation but they won't be receiving the coming coverage.

A minimum donation made over lately, is simply like saying: "here's the minimum, take it, now hand over the feedback for your part" while we also noticed the length and risk involved and now being affected from the Pandemic Flu theBat$ has contracted on behalf of us to gain the coverage, there's no genuine gesture is as adequate to add to the funds above the minimum one can express, thus being a letdown for the work and some unforeseen suffering he is now succumbed with.

We're not here about the money.... if some were ever to suggest that! Its about being together on this effort to help gather the required Trial coverage as well as being thankfull by showing it... with adequate compassion & consideration as & when requested.

I have set $10 or equivalent aside, from every amount the current HDGers have donated after the minimum for the Fund is deducted. This is a very minimal amount to help Batty through with the Medical expenses he now faced from being infected by a potentially if not deadly Flu that is hovering his country and esp. from a region where he had to be at. This is not a permanent gesture but Batty could have paid his life for ALL of us to cover the Trial as part of the country's growing statistic which have so far claimed more than 38 lives.

I had not heard about a book about all this. What's the title and who's the author?
