I've been covering all the court sessions myself uptill now and I have never seen ANYONE turn up for the BM's trial. Don't you think this "tmhmy" person coincidentially chose the date that I didn't attend to say that he or she showed up.

The interesting new development was the last court sessions I attended not this one. So don't be fooled by people claiming that they were there to scoop me. :) Hopefully, I will be at the next trial. I invite tmhmy to come as well.

Your support and the efforts of the Admins and Mods are what is bringing us the news, of course me too. Together we will see this until the end.

- where is the witness box
- what type of air-conditioner does the court have
- where are the controls located?

Whatever you did as claimed, that's your right, no dispute on that. However, there is a situation here that is somewhat and conveniently deliberate if I may so evaluate it, as conveniently provoking given that past measures & steps were also taken to distinguish some from the majority, in curbing the continuous, endless crusade on proving anything and everything than otherwise....

It doesn't matter if you are a Pro or Anti-Marsden... we've passed all that... and its not about their character or fame or whatever some still regard them as... its about the Trial for what there is to be covered.

For all that was speculated, ideas respected and exchanges posted... no answer will convince you if you, while you have all the time since you registered in here back in 2005, have not made any time or effort to slowly at your own pace, read the entire thread from day one.

The answers you find will straighten and wisen you towards the right path if you so wish and then, you may just about conclude no sooner, that the above questions you just posted, were wholly unnecessary after all....

As for the current trial, the coverage is only released to valid HDG members.

The time has lapsed for "TMHMY" who earlier alleged what he posted is a source of information on the recent Trial that hewishes to share or reveal.

That is not our worry, by all means, he may do so and whenever and however even in this forum... but it is preferred he lives up to it.

He can of course, as from after this, being banned for good, he can go to any corner of the cyber planet and make good of his claim, thats not our concern.
If he thinks he can con and persuade others that he obtained the coverage in accordance to his own coverage... it will soon be viewed by those who may eventually compare the feedbacks and he'll be his own gravedigger...

So, lets leave him to his own sinister agenda and concerns, while we focus simply what we have been doing all these while, with the Trial Coverage through Batty and may we wish him speedy recovery please!.
