We have now, just under 50 donors that will qualify receiving the coming Sept trial coverage.

Funds are again streaming in and for those who clearly donated the minimum or thereabout, it will only help cover each trip if not, this coming one only.

Those who had consistantly donated more than we could ask for, we are gratified to have your unquestionable support too.

The coverage couldn't have made it without their generous sums donated.

Thank you McBill and it will be set aside for Batty. He has since recovered thankfully and improving positively, since he was given the cautious greenlight by his doctor and with your kind & thoughtful gesture received, this is certainly appreciated and will surely help personally for him and his family enduring his unfortunate Flu contraction right after the trial in Seremban.

Hi Members.

I'm back and ready to go but still not at 100%. I am sure that suddenly, there will be an empty courthouse with me on the inside again. But before going on further, I would like to thank my friends, contributors, mods and admins for supporting me when I was down and out.

Is this the end of the line for the Marsdens? Finally after all these years will we see the light? But wait..... things are not all that it seems. Like the end of a bad monster movie, after the shot of the jubilant heroes.... eggs for the next installment! To be continued? Who knows....

But what ever the case, if there is a need. We will be there to scoop the news. Yourselves, Yogi and me. So again, its that time of the year again when I have to make my soujurn to the South. To cover the trial, to renew ties with the people involved in the trial. I am sure they'll have a smile and a friendly word for me.

The Marsdens have uncanny bad luck as the trial come smack into the Muslim Festive Season, with Rahmadan coming to an end, transport and lodging are major concerns. An exodus of people moving North to celebrate with their loved ones. I just miss them by a day, hopefully.

I predict airports, train stations will be packed while taxis will take the opportunity to use the 30%+30% excuse to charge us more. The H1N1 pandemic seems to have abated for now, with 73 deaths! US had only 500 death....Malaysia is waaaaaaaaaay smaller than the states. See my point? I'll keep safe. Precautions will be taken just like the last trip.

Finally, instead of going back to work immediately the next morning, I choose to rest. Can't take a chance again. I still have some health issues to be taken care off, need to check my ears, has some problems could be due to fever I had. Anyway, looking forward to getting the news.
