After this Sunday Nov 08th.....

Will be the last day to receive any donations from you if you had not since support with a donation after Sept 10th as was reminded to be updated with the Sept Trial coverage and being included with this next trial aatendance, possibly the last trip Batty will be attending at the Seremban Courts on The Marsdens.

Those that are listed, are already informed and has since, as of very recently, added themselves to the claims for recovering their "strayed $$$ funds" which a Lawyer who is to be engaged, in processing the legal steps in that direction.

If you are not aware about it, that is because you were NOT being made aware due to not being the recipient of the Trial Updates which was a subsequent result for not actively supporting the Trial Coverage consistently as those who have been doing all along.

This is a very interesting turn of the case. I hope we get a good lawyer to help recover the money or discover what happened to it. I greatly support the idea of a lawyer. We have gone this far, I think we should go all the way. Thanks to YB and Batty and those who are making it work and thanks to all who have supported the project to this day.

Thanks for all you are doing. I want to be included if an attorney is retained to try to get our money back. I sent you an email when I got your first email. However, I am not sure if I should sign in anywhere else or do anything else. I realize that an attorney has not yet been retained. I just want to be sure to be on board.

My Pips username was Logos. I signed up all of my family members and paid out of my own funds to get their positions.

Thank you for all you have done. And I definitely want to thank Batty for being there for all of us.

TQ Mistymi... you got me spiralled for a moment that took 5 minutes of digging up the docs....

I will remove your Logos username as I had it listed which you submitted. Pips username is no good really, I need your ROLCLub username simply to differentiate who is WHO as a HDGer and those who are not... Pips username is simply paper records and are probably good as GONE!!! and would be regarded as insignificant frankly speaking.

What holds true and ultimately stay relevant are the bank account and/or Creditcard nrs involved with every transaction(s) made and can be proven/viewed as legit.

I hope I am not duplicating work for you, but I want to be included in any action that may be brought against the Marsden's.

I would like to put back on the list of people to be informed about the trial. I sent you an eMail today and a PM. Below is a copy of my eMail.

Yes, your concern as was received through the other email route was received and you were promptly replied.

You had indeed donated and received updates but your donation is on an occasion that is not viewed as you wish it to be, a perpetual self-growing sum that can cover each and every coverage as from that day.

If you wish to be listed with the rest of the active HDGers filing theirs for a claim, you are welcome to do so after your next donation. After which, you will receive the notification mail that instructs what is to be done to file the claim by being listed. As you are not an active HDGer, you were not listed either for continued updates and notifications.

We are not engaging a lawyer(s) against The Marsdens. We don't have the money set aside for that nor were we planning to undertake that course of action at all. We are focusing on tracking the location of the missing $$$s that may also be part of anyone who can prove with legit references and facts that can be verified, not by me, ROLClub or whoever you might be asking.

The lawyer will sort that out and if need be, to verify if the Malaysian State has illegally impounded ALL or partially, the missing $$$s that is rightfully and should be legally returned to account holders subject to verification .

The dateline is fast approaching for any further donations to be received. This was also made known earlier to active HDGers. Dateline is Nov 08th, 2009 for my part in administering the funds etc to cover the next and possibly, last attendance of the Marsdens.

The following information was sent to me as a result of members growing earnest in moving forward and anticipating their confidence with the recent trial progress advancing forward.

It also highlights the acquisition of both their own funds transferred by legitimate means that can be tracked due to legit transfer that took place in the early days when PI Inc and in particular, under Bryan Marsdens instructions through the Office at Nilai where PIPs operated from.

Here below, I shall paste revealing details as interesting information that can lead or even create possible chances of leads that could assist account holders who may find this refreshing to recap lost memories and hopes.... this might just make some difference but it is NOT a Guarantee that it may serve most duped account holders for the nature it was handled involving various other ex-Pipsters whom may be accountable for their actions in "pulling you" in and records are or since then been untraceable.... because of them. Hence, if you wish to claim, you have to start it off with them first and NOT with the Lawyers who are and will be representing claims filed through them that are still valid for tracking and verification with records still archived with the banking institutions both in their respective countries and that of the Malaysian side and to a lesser/greater degree, in other countries like Australia.
