For those of you in the US who did not get in early enough for the claim in the Malaysia courts, you do have recourse. Not sure if you will do it or not, but here is what you do:

You file civil charges against the person who had you join PIPs. Especailly if they had you pay them instead of directly to PIPS. They were selling you their PicPay in return for tranfering that amount to your account when set up. Yoiu could also sue them in small claims court, but you would have to see what your state maximum amount is allowed for filing in small claims court. Some states it is $2,500 and in others it could be $5,000 max. Still there is nothing stopping you from suing your upline or person who got you into PIPS saying you couldn't lose.

Here's the pitfall of small claims court, or civil court for that matter. While you can win your case, collecting is another story. At least you have a judgment against them, and depending on your state's laws, you could attach a lien on their property. Since I am not an attorney, you need to speak with one as to what you can and can't do. Do not take my word on it. I just know you can sue them if you want. Good luck.

They were both released but at that point after, it remains unclear or unknown, if they indeed left together or filed separation (albeit for technical & Estate ties)
as it was assumed, there lies greater stakes in terms of Sharon's side than just the accumulated monies with or through Bryan which is now regarded as illegal for all the reasons attached.
This is again, conjecture and potentially speculative.... the individual guess any of you may somewhat have to differ, is rightfully yours as well..

Well, I stumbles across this thread quite by accident. After following through this saga for most of the period since PIPS was closed down, I now find that some kind of secretive "arrangement" is being made with a select few pipsters who happened to be "in the know" about a Malaysian Court settlement - that apparently will not now sanction valid claims - despite the fact that these are legitimate.

I was one who contacted the Bank's investigation team and sent them details of my substantial investments. I expected - as was intimated - that in the course of any settlement proceedings that I would be notified. I have never been so.

What I do find is certain people gloating over the fact that - I presume the majority of investors - are "too late to do anything" - obviously ecstatic that their claims will be received and processed while thousands of others will receive nothing. To me this is as immoral a situation as was Marsden's in his management of PIPS.

Your assertions and as a response in here can be summarized with the following, see the answers in red, which appears to be unfortunate for you as a demise despite what you tried to do and thought you had it going secretly until recently.... you found that you were led somewhat into a dead end valley by the BNM ...as you want the readers to believe. After this, I will rest from any further discussion on your perception and what you went through that turned out fruitless.... Well, you may want to try another new attempt, if you are quick to catch on the fresh trail of BM wherever he might be? I trust you still believe he has some of your monies that you can claim back somehow, somewhere sometime in the near future....? Goodluck then... stay committed and all the best to your undertakings.

There is nothing secretive about whatever you are asserting on... you are either seriously into it or you wish not to be... that is the outcome, no one is forced to stay on and hanging on throughout the entire duration... you probably knew why you didn't want to or could not ... so, is that not being secretive while you yrself sneakily went and did what you just admitted, without sharing with the members of your attempts .... crafty you may think you were... but the foxes at the Bank probably sniffed you out and see what happened???
They are actually having the last laugh AT YOU instead....

That is more than likely owing to yr own complacency.... go define this analysis (your complacency) that overshadowed your actions and resulted in being kept in the dark after all... was all your secret effort fruitful? Only you can admit this fact .

Your obvious rebuke on those that stood the mile and finally reached where they now are is again another obvious indication of your own disparity, not on those that made it but on your very self even if you are not wholly aware on your own. Try understanding the analogy of:- God helps those who helps themselves first....

    PIPS HOW MANY YEARS LATER
    I/We lost.
The matter of privileged of reconciliation...We all fell victim of our own fault. Bryan convinced us. Should I re emphasize? No..
Ability to reconcile..........Some will seek the face to face...and it will be...others
    will stay as is.

The reason why I was curious was because Sharon was served with papers being sued by the person or persons who bought her school at their trial. Sharon said it was licensed, and the person or person buying it found out it was not. So I was wondering if she had to stay behind to appear in this civil suit over the school?

Well, thanks for all you've done. I have been checking on pips over the years and paid some to help Bat, but it seems it is too late for me to make any more claims unless another date is reopened for claims. I invested thousands in pips. I also joined the Forex, but haven't learned how to use it. Where do I go to use it? horseplay
