I am sorry to hear the trouble you have to go through. But i would not advice to post your email on open forum like this. Perhaps you could ask people to PM you instead. (See if you want to edit your post :) .. It is up to you.

Hi Admin, I have not been into this site for years and have only just come back on board, however, I have a problem with getting through everything on this site, I get bogged down as I am not really exceptionally computer savvy. Can you point me in the right direction to find out about PIPS and my account from many years ago. I had accumulated a great nest egg when all the trouble started, how do I get paid if all has found to be alright? How long before PIPS contact me via my e-mail and touch base about payments?

Thought Bryan's computer has the record as to who invested how much. What court is going to shell out to just a doc that states a name and amount real or supposed?

This is my first post. Thank you very much for the information. I think I am one of the lucky one who have received more than I have invested in PIPS. I always remember those in met in Hawaii in 2005.

Where did pips members go in Dec. 09 to post their names on the list desiring to receive their money back? I doubt anyone wants to forgo it. I lost a lot and am in an unfortunate financial position now wherein that money would really look good to me.

I wasn't aware. All our names should be a matter of record somewhere as well. We should have all be notified. I can not believe it is too late if we could only know who we could contact in order to do this.

Sooooo after all this time the "doubters" and people who tried to help you back when this shit was running that you lot ridiculed and banned "dogman" etc were right all along...well **** me either play the scam for what it is or dont touch them! if you cant tell the difference you should assume the worst

How do we collect our money back then, is there a slight possibility?

To ALL who recently posted in this PIPS forum and having concerns and curious to be informed of any further developments on the saga of PIPs demise and the potential monies that lies in wait to be claimed, I can confirm that the trial was over in Nov. 16th 2009 and in February 2010, steps were set in to proceed the various moves and Legal methods for filing in one's Claim on the available monies that the Authorities in Malaysia is willing to refund.... this applies only to those that took the trouble of having made to the court in personal appearance or be Legally represented.

ROLClub had no Legal representation from the very start when covering the trial on the Marsdens since 2006. However, it was a long & enduring pursuit that was met with patience and consistent coverage which cannot have succeeded if it was thought to be made possible on free fresh air... and without Legal Counsel at hand.
The latter was for most part of the 3,5 years, possible but not about the coverage.... that was due to continuous support and funding and it began with more than 300 over members till it gradually trickled to mere dozens and since a few weeks back, it now stands at just under 2 dozen Claimants who stood the times being supportive and funding every move of the coverage....

Yes, it did cost some bucks, but it costs less than the thought of staying relentless with the developments surrounding the case and at times, it appears as complete hopelessness but it is finally coming through for these successful Claimants... eventually I dare say and add.

If you were not in that court appearance on Nov 16th, there is NO HOPE nor chance for you to be heard, received or assisted further by whatever legal Aid or Counsel that you may think of seeking even immediately after Nov. 16, 2009.

My advise and tip for you all who were left out somehow or other, is to be vigilant and if you do not wish to be complacent the next time round, is to keep an eye or loosen your ears on where Bryan might possibly be spotted next... in whichever country he may be in... that is where your 2nd Chance will pose for you... I wish all of you Good Luck nevertheless and to all the current Claimants: You are now there because you believe in your cause, supporting the coverage all the way...

It is now paying off its fruits through Legal Representation of course.

I will leave this Forum thread open for an unforeseeable time until Marek decides a complete revamp and removal for a new look or design of ROLClub in the near future.
