Surely there is something that those of us can do to get our money back - those of us who had given up hope and missed putting that claim in - although it is so long ago. thank you

Hi Kate,

However unfortunate and discomforting the following may sound, it is really TOO LATE for as far as claims on the monies that the Malaysian Authorities have (which is somewhat in their millions!!!! - RM speaking but) and are refunding back to those that were listed and presented in court in November Last year.

What you can do is to be on the lookout on any other forum or perhaps here again... should someone or some few Ex-Pipsters who managed to spot, track down and successfully indict wherever BM is located, and be put on trial .... yet again.

There is still that remote possibility but as far as Malaysia is concern... the doors are closed for any claims to be considered.

Seems he is closed his email address after soliciting funds for some program or information that he was to provide for his group of followers.
I thought he was on the up & up. Another BM I guess.

Remember Tex? The credit union site is still up but no new news since
July 09. I wonder if we will ever get anything back from that?

I never heard if there were ever any appeals on PlexPay either. Anyone know?

News to me, I didn't know BM had solicited funds from his BT members, but true, I haven't heard from him in over a year as I recall, use to chat every couple months, so sorry to hear his emails are now not working.

I just found the original email confirming my wire trasnfer to "PicPay" any chance this would help me recover my money?

Depends on how many claims there are I guess.Yogi has stated that the Malaysian claims are no longer open to victims.It may be worth a try though.

Pips paid out an awful lot of money.If everyone put a claim in, I doubt whether there would be enough in the pot to pay 10% of investment back to members.IMHO naturally!

Too bad it is not be a Class Action Settlement.
I just received such a claim against my Insurance Company.
I can legally obtain all of the needed information for the alleged claim "from" my Insurance Company.
Wonder if we can obtain all the needed information from Bryan to help us regain our losses? Yeah right! We are on our own...kinda like we were from the beginning...Hmmm.
I had my share of dollars stupidly invested in this fraudulent program.
I will not see my funds returned, nor the "Numbers on a Screen".
Fortunately I did learn a valuable lesson though.
Hopefully, others have as well.

Hi Alan,

Even if you were in good time, the email confirmation would prove futile as we have learn during the course of several submissions as criteria to qualifying for verification and qualification for approval by the courts.

The crucial areas are proof by the banks and printouts presented plus, Notary validation of your credentials and thereafter, your presence in person before the presiding Judge on Nov 16th 2009.

Just bear in mind, should the opportunity does arise again.... somewhere, sometime and somehow should someone or more people manage to have Bryan behind bars again for the same allegations on Fraud... undertake the above steps diligently.

I'm sure, other countries holds stricter scrutiny than what Malaysia did.
