Pips is dead as a dinosaur. Too late for claims,BM is reported to be out of prison and in the UK.

Monies gone, end of. Nice dream whilst it lasted and a lesson learned. All internet programmes seem to end the same way.

Sad, but most likely the truth. Maybe we can make some money with the dinar.

The only way many of you have a remote chance of getting some of your money back is to sue the person who got you into PIPS in civil court, especially if they sold you their PicPay. You need to consult an attorney as to what your chances would be in bringing such a suit. It is probably the only chance you have of getting anything back. Realize that even when you win, you still have to collect. Be sure the attorney advises you of this fact, and its ramifications before you file the civil action.

Having said this, I realize that many of you were enticed into joining PIPS by a family member or very close friend; which may prevent many of you from even considering filing a civil suit. But if they made money and you didn't you might want to consider the civil lawsuit. Only you can decide.

Most people that sold their picpay to friends and family, ended up losing all their money in HYIP land. Most of them have nothing left. Some even went bankrupt.

It's all over, apart from any civil cases that could be brought against the Marsdens personally. But what good would that do? They most likely have nothing left either.

Learn from this experience and move on.Not much point in throwing good money after bad.IMHO.

Don't invest more than you are prepared to lose.

Has everyone forgotten this sound advice from pips?

Greed caused people to invest as much as they did.

No. Hadn't forgotten the sound advice.
For some it wasn't about the initial investment.
It was about shattered hopes and dreams because we
    actually believed what Bryan said.
Sad part is that some still can't believe that Bryan
    misled them.
Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, and let go of what you can't change. Kiss slowly, play hard, forgive quickly, take chances, give everything, never go to sleep angry and have no regrets. Life is too short to be anything but happy.

It is indeed but having to uphold family ties and honor with continuing friendship... which for some if not many more as an endangered trait on trustful relationships to maintain, it is difficult to undertake such a course as is easily suggested.
Nonetheless, a tough decision and monetary nightmare to absorb the loss & pain with the current economic demise so many are facing as well... if any case is pursued Pro Deo as a means, it is a safe way to consider but the odds too are slim if not weak but find one that is determine and devoted to see you out of the rathole... your chance may be good if the person can afford to be compromising with returns or refunds of your $$$s. On the other hand too... trying to scald an already featherless rooster will achieve little but more hurt and painful memories for all affected.

Hmmm...Quite simply said, pick your pain. At this point in time...it is all yours!

I would like to add another scenario to those above.Firstly, investing more than you can afford to lose, doesn't enter into the equasion. Many people (like me) overspent, relying Bryans word for ongoing pips income.I recouped most of my investment before introducing anyone. That is my biggest regret.Bryans assurances alone led me to believe pips was the real deal. The truth proved somewhat different.Pips was a ponzi scam with no real investments to back up the profits.
