Please give me the update on getting our money back. I invested over $10,000 US dollars and one month later, I got a message stating that Bryan Marden got locked up for further investigation. I'm very sad because I loss the money is from my hard earning and I would like to have it back. Please let me know more information or suggestions. Thanks.

I have invested over $10,000 from my hard earning money. Then a month later I got a message saying Brian Marsdens got locked up for further investigation then I believe he got arrested. Can anyone give me the update on PIPS account? I really get hurt by this because I put in so much money and I did not get any money back at all. Is this a scam? All I want is my money back and not asking for more.

I attended court on 15 Dec 2010. My solicitor has prepared my case in writing for the judge to consider her decision. |The judge will reply and give her decision by 28 Jan 2011. I am certain the case will favour me for the BNM (National Bank Malaysia) to refund all my money. But I also know the Defence lawyer for the bank will appeal at the high court. The bank is greedy and want to keep the monies.

Also, what I could not understand is that Bryan Marden has got away with millions of dollars as the case is only for money laundering in EON bank Malaysia. Anyway, the Registrar office employee when I called her before I made my claim said the authorities do not know how to deal with this case. As it is the first time a case like this has been presented in the Malaysian legal system

I just have to wait and see.

Who are the "us" Akela?

In anycase, what I can suggest is, despite the current monsoon winds and heavy downpour taking place in the S.E. ASIA region, best is you book a flight to that country and attend the coming scheduled trials/hearings that is now about to decide WHO and HOW MUCH each Claimant will be entitled from the refund on the confiscated monies related to PIPS and that of the Marsdens. You may pick up a tip or two about preparing the next claim you may seek with the rest of your party that also wishes to take a chance on this should BM be indicted elsewhere when arrested again.

Unfortunately, many did as that particular warning came a bit late in the day.

In the search for a better return as a quest for more from less with a risk factor, this human trait being distinctive as well as disturbing for insecure house-holdings, greed is not the prime syndicate or crime when most are actually new, naive and not familiar with "Con artists" like Bryan Marsden who tell and seem alot like a nice friendly chap at first sight with a gurgle and bubble or two through his deteriorating set of decaying teeth (anyone noticed this then and at close quarters???), well I did but for the context here, to be later succumbed to a swindle from a CHEAT and felt SCAMMED from your cold invested cash.... then will it truly be viewed as being CONNED... it is far from being a greed if you will.

Should a true investment be globally upheld and retain a recognized transparency by leading analysts and institutions incl. Govts, and a meltdown from whatever causes leading to global financial repercussions... and one simply "over-invest" where one deliberately fail to consider any consequences involving potential near bankruptcy claims as a result... then it would be sheer greed.

Please have and consider compassion for the many who were cheated by this chap and esp by those who KNEW just what a Ponzi is and went about being his helpful lieutenant to further carry out on his behalf conning more innocent would-be Investors into believing in BM's concept of cheating on a broad base across the continents. If you can't get a hold of BM... try his trusting followers who took your cash instead in exchange for PicPay.... you may still have hope on this score though... and good luck at it.

I received good news from our lawyers! Hope you get the news too.

Kindly take note all the Third Party Claimants [TPCs] have succeeded in their claim in the Seremban Sessions Court and defending the Public Prosecutor’s Appeal in the Seremban High Court. The Public Prosecutor has decided not to proceed with Appeal to the Court of Appeal.

yes, we now feel releaved that we finally may collect the fruits of a long and arduous process.

The opponent's offer of a settlement was probably just a desperate act of grasping at straws, in a futile attempt to scare us into an arrangement where they could get away with more of our money. Luckily, we didn't accept it!

We are leaving for Italy tomorrow. Now, we may also add another dimension to the celebrations.

We would like to thank you, for your guiding and coordinating role, which contributed significantly to the positive outcome.

Refund & Payout finally arrived!!!

I will close this thread after I return from my Asian & Thailand trip in July by which time I believe all will be said and posted by anyone who still has something if anything else is to be added to see this saga finally reached its closure thanks or no thanks to Bryan Marsden who started it all.... and our sincere thanks to Batty who covered and put up all the way despite his frail state of health on behalf of himself and the dozen or more fellow Claimants who made it through!!!

Thank you Batty, if you hadn't shown the true grit in facing the many months and years with unenviable sacrifices given, just so that the Malaysian Authorities would not get away reaping every buck for themselves, if you had NOT stood to confront them on behalf of the rightful claims all of you deserved having, if not for the humble donations made available to see it through... this would not have been accomplished. We are proud of your commitment and we thank you for the endeavor you went through since the first day the Marsdens went before and face his charges for Fraud with monies many had showered him for high hopes disguised under his investment plan better known as PIPS.

Here are just two recent feed backs from Claimants as a result.

Ditto to all that, Peter. I have received my money as well. Money that I honestly never expected to see again.

As for BM I do not want to blame him too much; I think he was a victim of circumstances. Just consider, all the many similar programs that were going quite well at the time, can you point to any that is still working? Uncle Sam no longer wants those programs any more in view of the current financial difficulties world wide. We are just a few of the lucky ones.

....Just wanted to let you know that I have received my money from our Lawyers today.


Needless to say that I am relieved and happy. It has been a long and emotional struggle which now has finally come to an end.

Strangely, I somehow wished this never happened and all of us were still with PIPS and PIPS was for real. I had a lot of uplift and many hopeful friends back then. Somehow it was a period of optimism and the only chance at financial independence for most of us.

I am still unsure if BM was just another greedy psychopath or if he really intended to make a go of it. At least he went to great length with it building his little empire.


The moment I became suspicious was when information wasn’t distributed to the members as it should have been. Meeting BM at the Gold Coast at one time here in Australia also didn’t help. He was a chain smoking man in a bad suit and I found him unconvincing. He looked like a character from the gangster movie ‘Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels’. However, many of the people there were smitten and quickly booked in to attend the famous PIPS conference in Hawaii. If paying for it would have been possible via PIPS funds, I probably would have gone as well.


Anyway – let bygones be bygones! I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all for your steadfast stance and patience to stick it through to the very end. I still can’t believe of all those thousands of investors only us few had the conviction to go that far. Therefore, I say our victory is well deserved.
