I was in PIPS with about $4000 invested. How do I get my money back?
Edit: This was made possible for those who stood throughout the course in the coverage and eventual claim represented by a selected Law firm after almost 3 over years of patience and close coverage. Many fell out because, and this is my opinion, thought it was another scam attempt to have a roller coaster ride on them through the appealed donations just to keep track on the Malaysian Courts.
Nevertheless, only less than two dozen had the confidence to see it through, was tough, sometimes unbearable and somewhat unbelievable at times.
Perhaps, someday somewhere in another location, should Bryan Marsden be caught up by many more who still wish to claim back, may see that day arrive. But BM has first to be indicted, outside Malaysia without question.

Admin, Whitefeather, Thank you for the post #1529 and 1530. Have just about given up on having any of this money returned. Had hoped for a sweet retirement and travel the World, but that is not going to happen. Brian Marsden only got 5 years, on 57 counts, shoot, that 's just over 11 counts for every Five years. Not much justice if you ask me.
Edit: Yes, it appears that way but that's the jurisdiction from Malaysia. Some if not many, thought it was a total joke that Malaysia can be taken for being serious with handling the Fraud case on BM. I'm sure many would by now wished they had BM tried in the USA or Australia or even in the UK... well, who knows if over 2 years from now, he gets arraigned in another country?

I have not been to this site for a long time so am really out of the loop. Has there actually been progress in the possibility of a return on pips investors. If so, is there something I should do or a place to apply?
Edit: you missed the boat unfortunately. But don't let it happen again should the next time come around, somewhere perhaps and your best bet is to browse on all the HYIP forums out there, there may be others gathering steam to go out after BM and to have him taken to court for a similar charge and claim.

I would like some clarification, is their refunds coming and I'm I included JoRenie (there's only one JoRenie Armstrong), I need an understanding. Thank You Kindly for the update for whatever it's worth!
Edit: The refund that is currently taking place, from Malaysia through the Defence Lawyers and onto the Claimants Bank accounts wherever they are on the planet, they are the ones legally recognised to be refunded by the Malaysian Authorities.

Please would someone post info on !-who to write to, there address, there phone # if any. Maybe the court address, case #, any info that might help us like me who made a big mistake and investing moneies they could not afford to lost. May GOD bless Batty for his work, ( i was not able to afford to donate to the wonderfull work that Batty did, I'm 65 years old & can't afford expences now) What can I do,PLEASE HELP
Edit: I'm sorry for your situation. the irony of what once was the case, which is to cough up a weebit more in the form of donations, was hopefully to follow the case and when possible, which came about after 3 years of staying on track supporting Batty's uncompromised coverage attending court appearances, it costs somewhat more to then engage the Lawyers to represent which finally resulted a definite claim regardless of an opposition bent on preventing that happening, this i mean came from the Prosecutor's Office.
There is no more opportunity here on this as far as any refund or payout from Malaysia. The case is finally closed and payouts almost completed, not much but I believe, almost 3 million.

who got what
I really don't get it,
I haven't been here for the last 2 or more years, today I got this email saying there was some sort of last court decision.
Did only the ones who went to Malaysia and apply for a refund got it ?
I would be glad to have 0,20 cts on the dollar of all the money I invested.
Edit: Fortunately, I managed to arrange and conduct just the need for Batty, who is closer to the location, to act on behalf of all Claimants. This saved a much humongous cost for expenses like flights, hotels of individual claimants to bear. We overcame that dreaded nightmare with careful planning but that took time & patience too. So, no one needed to travel to Malaysia and for some who did (they were not in our List, unfortunately for them), they spent way too much and on local incompetent representation plus many hotel stays and flights made, didn't get approved for a recognised refund. We did and it didn't succeed with charity handouts, it was sheer perseverance on their own funding in the last 18 months or so.

Hi Guys, Yes, thanks to Batty for all the suffering he endured during the past few years.Thank you also to Admin for continuing with this project inspite of all the huge problems placed in front of them by Malaysian authorities.
Question; Is there a list available for those who will/may get a refund? And who knows if I am on that list...Khunrick1 and thaidragon
Thanks for any info.
Regards
Rick
Edit: There is no List created after this, the Claimant List came about after every individual who were listed made sure they want to be on the list prior to an agreement made to see it through. That agreement was necessary to assure steadfast commitment and not sheer words of promises that can fall through hence, additional funds were necessary to secure that arrangement which then reached a point involving the Lawyers. Take this as a tip. When you reach that stage negotiating with Legal Representation, you got to be prepared to see funds raised to cover that area too or it will all be a farce as a result. Our Claimants were NOT in the mood for that to happen.
