Great to see someone getting refunds....
If someone could let me know who I could contact or make a list with regards to putting together a request for refunds.
I paid in £4000 not to mention the original amounts with "GoldenWomb" and "Pureinvestor.com".

being responsible for 9 PIPS accounts and having contributed to being kept informed program I would certainly like further and better particulars of what monies may be available for refund

I have to admit (perhaps to my shame), that I'd long forgotten about the thread on this forum which I initially joined all those many months/years ago when PIPS disappeared, taking my invested $19k with it... I think I recall sending someone an email many, many months ago (as suggested in this thread?) when someone was asking for a rough idea of numbers of people and investment amounts, but I never heard anything back...

Anyway, it was with some surprise that I received an email this morning after such a long time resurrecting what I now consider such a dark (and all-but forgotten) nightmare. However, it was also encouraging to read that some have been successful in reclaiming their investment through the courts and I heartily congratulate them, although as mentioned by Alexander (aashomlo), it does seem a little odd that a class action wasn't taken out in the first place on behalf of ALL investors, but lets not dwell on that...

It would indeed be most helpful if such a plan of action could now be initiated as soon as possible along the lines suggested by aashomlo - I too still have all the documentation I ever sent / received concerning PIPS so could easily send copies of this information to a legal representative as and when required if it would help not only in my case but also for others hoping to get any part of their initial investment back...

As I noted, I'd sadly written off my not exactly small investment (it was initially "investment" money anyway, but I wasn't expecting to lose the whole lot - a large lesson chalked up to experience!), but if I could retrieve just something (anything) back, that would be a huge result. I'd therefore like to sincerely thank Admin for sending out the email today, but hope that the line of communication can now remain open and very active so that we can all try and progress this. (If I lived in Malaysia myself I'd gladly take up the baton to liaise with a legal team, but sadly I live half a world away...)

include some of this forum's administrative staff.

I would be glad to have 0,20 cts on the dollar of all the money I invested.

Its nice to know that you had people to support your course and they get there refunds.not all of us have money to do that and eventually ended up bankrupt or still paying off loans we were stupid enough to take out at the start of pips. So please consider others who do not have any money to invest.

Though it appears this may be my first post, I've followed this forum for years. I remember asking for support, and I did give (pretty sure it was through paypal), so if I am reading things correctly, that puts me on the "list." Who keeps it? Or did I miss something at some point (can't imagine what)?

Edit: Hullo Nanni, TQ for the compliments! Until the next opportunity does come about, the one that was claimed back from the Malaysian Authorities is now a closed case. I would suggest, keep an eye out on the WWW to see if you and many more are able to spot BM attempting it again and who knows, once he is physically located, gets apprehended by a determined group of ex-Pipsters, you may stand a chance to go onboard and make your claim with the rest, wherever that might be. - YB.
