With the weekend discussion with thebat$, the following was understood and will be carried out and whatever changes that is needed to accomodate the situation confronted at time of arrival, presence and new developments, our Moderator will deem the necessary pertaining actions as best as he judge relevant or necesssary and will further keep me updated, us (Marek & myself), of his follow-up decisions for our approval.

Marek will then brief and update on this forum on the latest findings and developments.

What I can now disclose to you all, with your support and donations that made this initiative by ROLClub and its members to see it come true are the following:-
Please consider whatever is undertaken and pursued in order to gain maximum and credible information and details related to the trial, more info on whereabouts of the Marsdens, their location, the Courts holding the trial, the motions handed down at the end of each hearing of a given trial date, the travelling both by a local shuttle airline service, the local cab from airport to hotel, court premises, possible relocation of the followup hearings to another location, perhaps a day or two extended lodging, the exchange of Egold into local currency at Bank, his hospitality & transport expenses, and if necesssary, travel again to meet up with several selected Solicitor Offices, your funds and generous support is very much welcome for this task.

The 3 Sessions Courts are in Seremban (location of Nilai Office) district, is not eaxactly near the capital, Kuala Lumpur. This is where the State Prosecutor and Bank Negara are located. It can be anticipated for the trial to be moved over to the capital, about an hour's cab drive from Seremban.


Should theBat$ acquire information faster, efficiently and with ease on his own, being there esp., then there is no need to engage "any" Solicitor and paying them for the same success our MOD can accomplish. We will know more on April 12th or after the 13th (the dates of the trial) when he reports back! If he can see with good reason to wrap up the day with all he had gathered and lodging overnight is unnecessary, he will board the next flight back, some 45 minutes (6 - 7 hours by car) to & from his home in Penang.

In light of the amount surpassing $700 we have so far received, and with the ballpark breakdown on the anticipated costs & expenses thebat$ will incur, it was decided to transfer $450 in Egold to him after today to be in time for him to cash out and make an early economic booking on the flight out as soon as he possibly can. Today is a festive holiday in Malaysia I was told. The budget is to cover initially for the first assignment trip and focussed on a day or two at the maximum.

Lets hope theBat$ is able to obtain the amount of information that we dearly seek to know and that he can accomplish successfully on his own, which we believe, we have chosen and approved with confidence that he is our ROLClub's best choice for this undertaking!

Until now we have been taking your $2 donations. But today i have made a payment of 450 usd to thebat$ account for a trip that we have planned.

Balance last i checked was $744.13 - 450 usd for thebat$ first trip = $292.02 left in our Fact finding account. Kindly keep your donations coming.

Just wanted to show you that we now have paid for one of thebat's trips from this money, and that the balance will be reduced due to this reason.
