Unfortunately for some pipsters, they believed the BS until BNM moved in. When they exchanged their picpay with family and friends they genuinely believed pips was alive and well and opening a new bank of its own.

Having said that,there were plenty of scammers and professional recruiters who knew only to well that pips was in trouble.

The million dollar question about refunds has been answered several times.The Government will swallow up most of the frozen money.Investors most probably wont get a dime.

All the folks out there watching this forum, trying to find a way to recover anything from the PIPS fiasco, and occasionally a rally here to "persuade" them into giving more for the cause.

No-one is trying to get money out of anyone for the Pips "cause". The admins and Mods are asking for donations so we can cover the trial for our members. There is no fund to help anyone, least of all Bryan. It is purely for information. Hopefully it will let some other Pipsters attain some closure.

I gave up on Pips a long time ago; most of us did. We know our money is gone. But if you've lost $000's, spending $2 or $10 or whatever to find out what happens to the guy who took it is money well spent for a lot of us.

On further deliberation and thought, your post appears to stand on somewhere in the middle of the fence but we have to determine precisely which side is that ladder perched against for your hypocritical megaphone wolf howls.... Lets poke at your statements and after this, be prepared to face the ejection seat where you will be placed in...

Starting with this, it is until so far, pretty loud and clear about your distaste and acidic opinion surrounding anything on the failure of PI Inc and regarding Bryan Marsden as a result. You are thus, one can assume, an anti PIPS all along on this Forum.

ROLClub has to put up with straggling pro Pipsters who were both polite , straight faced, humiliating from some, diabolical with exceptional individuals, two faced with some others, incredibly out of tuned with several more, completely berserk with insanity with another few more and the list goes on while the anti-Pipsters are also not hiding their anger with some restraint and undertones to stay composed and respectable and still provides more than sufficient facts to prove their valid points for their arguments etc...

ROLClub has to cater to these lot of various parties! We are firmly cradled in the midst of it all and tend to be mocked and "s p e w e d" at by individuals on both sides that later earned them a kick to elsewhere with our only remaining tool of defense, the TOS ruling!!!

Followed by this exposure you blatantly exercised immediately with this opportunity to try suggesting or urging members of ROLClub to make a 180 degrees spin with "Giving" to your sinister Fund set up elsewhere on another location, totally mocking our efforts and revealing just where you actually come from .... you are worse then a two-tongue serpent for a nobody as it now appears....

You fail to understand the expression "FACT FINDING MISSION".

Instead of a whole load of bull,we get the truth of the proceedings. Not opinions or heresay,not speculation or lies. Just the facts as they unfold.

The miserly $2 contribution by those wishing to participate is worth every cent.
