I have added your kind donation and support to the Fund which can be followed on the ROLClub "locked" thread covering the Fund List.

As were the earlier reports fed back by our MODerator on the field, we shall without any hindrance to his part, be provided with more updates right from the courtroom whenever and however possible. We thank you in the cooperation with all other supporters on this fact-finding mission to serve all affected and your donated sum will surely be warmly welcome as a relief too by those who were unable to spare any amount to show their support and we know there are many out there experiencing such disposition.

Please stay around whenever you can with this Forum reporting we anxiously await from the coming September trial.

A recent reply I had to respond to which I hope, will help others staying away, knowingly or unknowingly, to bring about with the perspectives on this committed mission to source some decent but necessary facts resulting from and/or leading up to the Trial of the Marsdens as well.

Also, the purpose behind it is to come away transparent as oppose to some insidious comments we have been occasionally and craftily been receiving as posted in our Forum by the very "supposedly", supporters of Bryan Marsden that suggests otherwise and yet does nothing to prove their support over the mission we are focussing on...hence, such is the case, to come and prove them wrong to begin with but more so, to disperse in a fair and efficient way, in sharing the feedbacks with every development, through the created thread subjected for the PI Inc and on the Marsdens trial.

Yes they are and it is also significant to note, those who are donating, do so without any real need or reference to show support in light of what happened to them or what they thought this funding expects to see monetary payouts...

They (most members I should add) all have come to understand, whether any favorable outcome will or is ever to take place, it is essential to know WHAT, WHEN and HOW... irrespective of monies being return as a result, which is again, not completely related as to WHY the Fact-Finding mission was initiated.

Thus, any one having doubts and being swayed by loose talk pointing at the donations heading to support Brian or the Marsdens or to foot the bill covering the defence of the defendants etc... that's BALONEY and one should have the right mind to be able to see that too!!!

I want to take this other opportunity o thank Bill from Canada, who I believe, is equally affected by his involvement with PI Inc and he shares the same disbelief and frustration with credible facts or news seeping back from the original source, like we all once expected also... He was, with his family members (4 x altogether) simply wanted to show and lend support to be part of the cooperating supporters we have here, in donating to the Fund.

Morally, as we all once were, we stood and support the ideals of the vision BM led us to believe in, thats a human aspect we all find ourselves in.

Those that donate, and many among you are just as staunch supporters still, donated and still do so with more than one occasion, in the belief and right to see and hear the facts as it comes, NOT be hidden from us all!!!

So, whether you want and still believe PIPs will return or BM is innocent or this is the end of the PIPS trail...WHATEVER... donating to help support and source the cost in finding the facts, the easy, humble and least inexpensive way, is to fund our ROLClub initiative and appointing our Moderator, theBat$ who is our man on the front line in accessing it until it finally comes to closure and EVERYONE finally knows the truth...

When, or how much or not at all in getting your lost sum of $$$$s.... that is NOT what this fact-finding Fund is serving... like some thought it was, thanks to the cunning and misleading member(s) that tries to con their way into other people's already mortified minds with ridiculous postings and statements....

I have in an earlier mail exchange that I cannot do this, i.e. to extract or retrieve as he suggested with PayPal. I can and indeed sent him a request to do so through the PayPal business account and it was eventually authorized by Bill and received some 12 hours ago.
