Thank you "Helgel" & "Magister" for your donations and encouraging suport. I will add you both soon after this to the Fund thread list.

Regardless of his humble nature and concerns in utilizing yours and all supporting members donations, Batty has been subjected to discomfort during his past trips to the trials.

Feeling with most of you to see that reversed, I have and can only agree even more so to have him lodged with a better hotel and that he fly rather than take the coach covering many hours of miles during ungodly hours above all.

His hotel is now secured and reserved in a non-smoking floor, close to the courthouse premises. It is the least we can see him awarded with basic comfort & convenience that he deserves.

I hope he will also let me know if the hotel is comfortable too, the Manager assured me he certainly can count on that, well, lets wait and hear it from Batty himself.

I honestly forgotten but I know you had donated once earlier....but tend to forget esp. on those that we read who may have and are still trying to first make ends meet and whatever one can afford to, before a donation can leave the front door.

All support are certainly welcome and for those who just can't at the moment, we understand and your moral support with positive, encouraging posts does mean alot to others as well as us altogether.... we are doing this as an initiative for US ALL...not just mere words and criticisms we can do without, we are all affected, remember?

So here are our shoulders to lean on and if you are stable enough yourself, those who can depend on will lean with grateful appreciation...

Regarding Gary Nichols death, it was learnt down the grapevine some hours ago on the passing of Gary Nichols, who held office as General Manager to the last closing days of PI Inc.

News of this sad event seeped through from his son and passed on through Anusha who was also a key communicator with many with tickets on payouts and happy birthday greetings! I remembered her too, VERY helpful and sweet and quite a jovial lady to talk to on the phone.

That is sad news Yogi. I,m sure many PIPsters would wish you to pass on condolensces and prayers for his family and friends, and as our group of bravehearts slowly diminishes, worn away by time, we should think on each with more kindness and compassion, for we were all family at one time.

I agree this is indeed sad news. I send my deepest sympathy and prayers for his family during this very difficult time.

Not a lot more to say, only to echo what has already been said.

A slight distraction here regarding the recent E-Gold donations made.

I am believe it or not, weary and have to apply extreme caution when even opening anything that seeps in related to Egold ....hence, I still can't make out what is going on but at the moment, I can acknowledge the emails I have received were confirmations on donations made by the following E-Gold Accounts.

I shall for the meantime, include only your E-Gold acct number as the donor and will replace it once you submit your user name with a screen shot of the transfer.
