As this unbelievable duration is taking just too long for trying the Marsdens... we are just sitting in awe with hurt and in disbelief among members here but we have to hang on in there to follow this saga dragging on...

Some and many will enjoy this spectacle but most are certainly gripped by anger for sure...I cannot disagree with them more on this outrage however, we have little choice as an option...but wait again & watch the outcome it shall continue nevertheless.

I am all for geting the updated information on the trial, however I am in no position to fund even two dollars as I have house taxes dues this week for 2006 and as of Jan 31 2008 the state is demanding back taxes for 2007. My prayers has always been with Pips and where as I see a lot of negative statements about Bryan' investment practice, I do not share the same view coming from a banking background. Only God knows and time will tell the real tale.

If you truly can't afford $2, then don't worry. You'll still get the information. We set the bar deliberately low so that (almost) everyone could contribute if they wanted and as a result people have been very generous. We then consulted the membership on how the information would be distributed. The result was that information will be given freely to all Rolclub members, regardless of whether they contributed or not.

So don't worry, you won't be left out! Best of luck with those taxes, unfortunately governments aren't as generous...

When investigating Pips, I failed to find any evidence of any form of coherent investment practice other than the fraudulent transfer of funds into the Marden's personal accounts.
