I first wish to acknowledge and confirm receipt of donation received from Lecsicon for his donation received on 2nd June. Our appreciation on your support.

As for all all others that claimed to have donated or made over and only provided a series of numerics and those that did not, I cannot list you as yet until you would take the time and effort to PM me with a correct "PayPal Transfer ID Ref#" for there are no records received to prove/show after username: Gaz's donation on date: May 03rd which username: RichiS had claimed to have donated supposedly taking place before username: Lecsicon donated on June 02nd.

In the past, we have experienced a similar pattern by several members which can be regarded as "pranksters" with a warped humor esp. dealing with donations including this on ROLClub which is to fund our own cause on tracking the Trial of the Marsdens.

If you don't agree and you wish to mock our efforts, your prank conduct is far more distasteful than what we are trying to accomplish... even if it were to serve your satisfaction in providing information that you had not contributed but only to witness the silly egocentric claim that you made when you in fact DID NOT actually donated.

This is nothing personal directed at the culprits or guilty ones but you knew what you did & meant by your uncalled claims...

If you feel there is an explanation from this allegation, all you need to discount it is to prove with a legit PP screen shot and PM me ASAP to rectify my statement, thank you.

Hence, if your submitted post is thanked by our members, and it appears that your username is not on the List, the least you can do to exonerate yourself of the guilt is to post an apology to those that took your word with high regard thinking they had trusted you with their gesture of thanks.

Our continued thanks & appreciation matey... I'll have your donation listed soon after. The Fund can do with extra funds now that lots of costs are on the rise related to travel and lodging that Batty will need to depend on in the coming trial.

This is to confirm the generous support and donation received yesterday from "Blueeyes".

Its the only donation received since May 6th from our other regular supporter, Paddyfield.

It is not certain how the current status may survive the funding of Batty's next trip as he had already estimated, with the current amount that he now has, it may not last past two days... that was before the surge in prices climbed steeply in his country resulting in most sectors that deals with the economy and tourism especially and worst hit are fuel & food prices too.

It is also a dire situation for anybody and if it then comes to that point esp. while it can be anticipated that Batty is there due too the process finally underway and more than two days will fall drastically short to cover the remaining days of his time and stay, for there won't be any Funds left... and his return & report rests on borrowed time and restraint reviving of feedback he is obliged to feedback.

ROLClub will by then not be obliged to meet the current commitment due to lack of funds.

We will then be forced to release the reported feedback to only those that had donated, it is the only fair outlook neither we Admins nor any other sane mind can avoid supporting the inevitable decision as a fair and common sense decision.

Those who have not and will NOT and could NOT help support with a donation, please lend your support so Batty need not be squeezed out of his own already thin and financially depleted state he personally faced to further undertake the task on behalf of us all.

Yes, there will also be those waiting for this moment to sit back and scoff this with their heinous laughter and pleasure at reading this latest update and wanting to see just how the rest now face with their true colors of support and expecting to be supplied FOC with feedbacks at Batty's expense...

Well, that won't happen and what Batty eventually undertake on his own personal expense and time, ROLClub is unable to lay any further obligations that he report back without adequate funding.

I leave all of you, esp those who claim they can't donate a symbolical amount of $2 at least, to decide from here on what the common sense outcome will lead to...

Recent events has pushed prices up and made our limited funds smaller than it already is. However, I will strive to make the most out of it and have started to make plans for the August trial. Having waited for almost 2 years without any form of judicial progress, I am optimistic this time its for real. I will try to stretch the funds to the limit and stay for at least 3 days, hopefully. I do this partially for my family and all of you.

But sadly, I think this will be the last time as the funds are insufficient. Hopefully the media will pick up the case as it progresses. I do hope the culprits don't slip through the judicial cracks. Alas, what can we do. I did my best to report back and hope that it made a difference in the end. My sympathies to those who are in dire straits because of this man.

It is unfortunate that we have to end in this way.

I will mail the membership this weekend, so they come to life and hope to see their help donations for the "PIPSINC FACT FINDING FUNDS". Hope to see this continue to the end of the trials.
