Thread: Updates on BM & PIPS Refund, Claims & Payouts

Hello, I am new to this forum as a poster but have been following for some time. I am a little confused at how readily people are willing to give up their money after recently being scammed out of thousands. I, too, was taken for $10,000. I kept logging on to the site and watching my (supposed) money grow. Alot of promises were handed to me. We can't pay you now but in a cuople weeks, "be patient" was all I heard. It was alot of waiting. Now I see that people are sending money to fund a trip to the trial of Bryan Marsden and oddly enough this trial has been postponed several times. No real information has been given. It really just seems like the same story as PIPS. Send money, and keep waiting. I would very much like to know what is going on with this trial, but I am very apprehensive about sending my money anywhere. as I stated previously I am new to this forum. Where are the guarantees that this forum is not another money making site for the Marsdens? (There have been several asking for money to help them, money for faith, money for money)

I don't think you are confused. If you have been following what we're doing then how can you say "no real information" has been given. I have provided the 'snapshot' of BM and given the dates of the upcoming trial. If this was a con, it sure is a lousy one as the funds collected hardly covers the expenses. I also have to spend my own time out to do this. So I take offence. I can't speak for the Admins but I dislike the tone you take. Maybe if you think you can do better. I didn't see anyone volunteer for this, when we appealed for help.

Secondly, this is done on the volunteer basis and members are asked to contribute $2 not $20 or $200. Yogi still has to do all the accounting, we're transparent. He is not paid! The cost of running the forum to bring you the "no real information" is more than the funds we collect, did you think about that? So I question your motives, making these accusations. We WILL keep on going to the trials and report back "any and all information" and make sure that this so called 'financial genius' does not slip thru the judicial cracks.

I hope you will continue updates on the Marsdens' trial and get money enough for thebat$. I have invested in Pips; though I do think my money is lost, I would like to know what happens. I met Bryan Marsden at a meeting and trusted him, but I have no understanding of investment. Pips seemed so easy to understand.
Some of my friends laughed at me, and said I was stupid. I guess I am, at least when it comes to numbers. I don't understand anything of what is happening on your site in general.
But I follow the Marsden case. I don't understand how I could possibly send 2$ for thebats. It will cost me a lot to exchange foreign currency into $. So I hope you have money enough for thebats whose work I appreciate. ∞

Hi Abild,

Many people have met him, including me and even season investors were taken by this man. Wouldn't it be great if the investment were true. It could do a world of help and I was prepare to share my good fortune with the less fortunate. As it turns out, we were all left out in the cold and in the poor house now.

To send me $2 is not difficult, u just need to open a paypal or liberty reserve account and pay money into it. No need exchange any currency. Exchange is done on my part. I just want to remind everyone that the trial is coming up and if RC is to continue bringing updates, we need your support. It's not to pay me but rather my traveling expenses.

So far we have some generous donors, thank you for your support but that is not enough to get me there and back. Just thought I'd mention it.
