This is an interesting follow up to "Fund Donor" which I hope, will help him as well as us to understand his irrelevant mindset, for all we want to achieve here is the objective... and NOT about WHAT or HOW we think of each other... that is the least of the priorities here. So, we sincerely hope that "Fund Donor" gets to be genuine with his commitment... and it doesn't matter if he is a pro or anti PI Inc or towards the Marsdens... This forum has always been a place to serve ALL... not just for a one-sided mindset!!!

You are on that again with "your" own misunderstandings....

Remember, you are emailing me once with your opinion or comment and remember too, we don't actually know you per se given your minimal posts at that for one and secondly, I get more than you can count on opinions and comments that your vocab may not easily digest about "negative" thinking...

Besides, what you mentioned, I had it left on the Forum... this time round as I had abt enough of the sickos bantering me with silly posts... we are also on the trail to expose and disgrace the posters who are doing nothing better than take pleasure in giving us problems while we are only focus on the cause.

I don't need nor want to be airing negatively at your post... I leave it to the poster him/herself eventually to sort that problem of one's own doing... I just have & want to focus on our objectives.

So, with that said, Batty himself felt the need to respond... is it my negativity thats in question? I beg to differ my dear friend and donor, Fund Donor.

Yes, I will give you the benefit of the doubt with your oversight of the grammar used... I can live with that but its better we are left to monitor actions & deeds than just sheer words which again is your problem with misunderstanding as "negative".

We shall simply welcome your support and whatever donations you feel you can afford to help.... Yes, and don't you be too sensitive on these trivial exchange... if there is any, it is ME who should actually... and I'm NOT, I've passed that stage 30 odd years ago.

I can simply brush yours aside and move on....to the NEXT in line... but I'm taking the trouble to let you know the perspectives of things which you ought to realize as well.

Update

Since Oct 7th, we have been receiving a new flurry of Donors. Prior to that date, all the members who had donated, through Egold were unable to be reached and those who had been donating through PayPal, AP and Liberty Reserve, had to a certain extent, donated again after 07th and were then in a position, thanks to their email address, which allowed us to successfully email the very first, most comprehensive court coverage to date, the October Trial of two days.

All these recipients were and now, still listed in the Semi HDG List we have. This will be taken over very soon by the recent creation of the Honorary Donor Group list.

Why the semi and then the HDG list eventually???

This is to give many of you the time to consider and respond accordingly and don't waste any more time if you can help it. Once the coming November trial session resumes.... we have more to expect and for you to read on.

If you are not in the HDG list, you will not be receiving the direct update on the coverage. Not for the time being. We have a Target of $5000 to achieve, we have Donors too that are causing untold attempts to close us down behind the scenes, we have a new wave of new Donors who sense the security we now offer to their privacy, we have a new surge of genuine Donors who prefer to be updated and directly receiving for their donations contributed and we have a new confidence gathered now as opposed to when we were much too gentle & kind and instead, get whacked, slapped and mocked for our open door policy to members from all locations who come in here and do nothing better but to stir unrest and cause problems to us.

As for getting the court coverage, to your email... those who are genuinely donating in the past with whatever sum provided and again did so after Oct. 07th, will be getting theirs again from the coming November trial.

Those who had in the past donated and wish to do so to be included, the minimum is $10.

Those who for the 1st time wants to donate, and has NEVER been posting in this Forum, or has a small number of posts since 2005, you are advised to donate "fairly" more than the minimum to qualify into the HDG list.

Thank you if you decide just $10 only and we receive less after that due to the deductions that PayPal charges... it will be viewed as a donation and kind support to the cause and your status will be added into the Semi HDG list, it does NOT qualify you to the immediate release of the coverage when it becomes available.

Only the donors in the HDG list will have immediate access to the next release of the coverage.

Our decision is final and we have a current target to accomplish as well... i.e. $5000 for a start.

An important announcement will be mailed out to all the donors tomorrow concerning the coming trial. The current Donors who are still not in the HDG List, needs to take special attention on the announcement. Those who are in the HDG list as a result of their donations which occurred by default prior to the recent inevitable measures implemented, needs to take this announcement equally serious or you will be left out regrettably... from the next trial coverage.

Those who are NOT, in either of the Semi and Honorary List (approx. 200-plus Donors) as yet, you may still qualify after you decide for yourself, if you wish to be updated as soon as the coverage news is delivered by Batty at each coming trial as of Nov. 26, 2008.

Not sure if you are in any of the current list? you will know when you read and or take heed as is required by us that you comply with our efforts to secure a committed group of Donors we badly need to rely on until the trial is over.
