Hi members,

It's coming up fast and before you know it, it will be trial time again. The trial is schedule for 1 day and I will also be following up the KL Trial. So keep your fingers crossed. November and December is the school year-end break, I would expect the hotels to be packed! I will make the reservation soon. Luckily it is not X-mas week, rooms can be pretty scarce then.

As for me personally, my health seems to be good but recent checks see my b.p. on the high-side and weight up a few more kilos.... yeah... gained a bit of weight after losing 10kilos. Have to work on that. Meanwhile, preparations are being made to re-schedule my work as well as the family transport.

Hopefully, this trip will yield another batch of info. Lookout for it!

There is now a need, to help those that are raising some doubts or questions in order to keep up with the pace and facts of events in this looong thread.

Also, as it will become, for a foreseeable time or length that will see as well, the late disclosures of the trial feedbacks... and maybe, not anymore (subject to how badly we are facing with some dedicated infiltrators we have among the semi HDG Donors), anything and everything that needs to be carried out is done to circumvent and refute the attempts of the culprits causing problems for us.

Hence also, we shall now do what we can to include mindsets of some, whether one could regard them as the potential hiding culprit or just an innocent concern raised, it will be left to the readership to decide... at what were received and responded through the emails... so all can now understand.... what we have to put up with as well in coping and countering the odd ones from the negative types to the dedicated & genuine donors we are truly reliant on and the sooner we focus on the path, we are better off in addressing the trial and the feedback coverage we are all involved with.

It is VERY time consuming to attend to each and every email or sorting out which is WHO that we don't want to have anything more to do with....

Email received:I don't understand at all. I gave you some money to help you cover your fees. And i don't understand right now about the lists etc ... Could your be more clear ???

You donated as of or after Oct 07 which was very much welcomed and we appreciate it nonetheless for your donation. It was not as you put it, "fees" as there are no fees involved. How did you perceive it as such while all other donors realized it was a donation "a gift" it was and still remain "As IS", to be clearly defined & understood?

Secondly, having to face, confront and put up with several elements within a dedicated group of infiltrators posing as Donors... like you if I may, and having perhaps, found the ease and convenience to achieve easily with a small sum... it was worth the fun to cause effective havoc... or almost near effective for a small sum.

That doesn't mean, you were and is to be assumed under the same brush but looking at it in a positive and proper perspective, these culprits took you along under that guise.

Should you allow it? Should you ignore it then in a complacent approach? Its up to you, we have no time to explain every incident and give every new explanation as to how, which and probably WHO we have to deal with... just so, we have to find the time to explain each individual that he/she is not what we are assuming to be... if that is the case... the sum you donated wouldn't have covered my other time that costs more if not for setting it aside to do support and helping out with a cause.

Hence, I hope, you can now also understand, what you donated and the time frame it was done was alright and it qualified you to be in the semi HDG(semi Honorary Donor Group) because, we still have to include those many others who donated earlier, MUCH EARLIER than you did but through Egold.

This window of time is to include them but not in the main group of Honorary Donors unless they wish to become part of* and by doing so, we need their donations and how long that may take, we have no idea as yet.

If you feel you wish to commit yrself to it, it is a choice you make and take.

By that, you are advised to update with a donation to qualify for at least, with the next coming trial update or thereafter... its up to you.

Now, the above statement is not primarily targeted at you because you had indeed donated even though, it was below the minimum as stipulated... which was set after you donated, so, there is no fault on your part, but we are adapting to the events that evolve and effectively with regards to the circumstances that brought new measures to warrant it.

Next to that, the request on you, as for your part to comply is simply to confirm if you are willing or unwilling to submit the required declaration by emailing to us, and NOT emailing to this yahoo address or include it in the message box of the PayPal transfer.

Just follow the simple instructions like many who have no difficulty in understanding and following, and English is not their mother tongue for a start but knew what is at stake here.

Once we receive your declaration, you will be in the HDG List and we hope VERY MUCH on your continued support and donation on the coming trials to come... We don't forecast nor rely on a crystal ball... just so if you next plan to email for another explanation on how many trials there would be... AS WE WON'T KNOW either... which is obvious at this stage but the trial has finally taken a serious turn as a trial should.

It would be very simple by closing it down altogether ...thanks to the dedicated few infiltrators that are trying to disrupt the entire effort. It is no pleasure to figure and to counter with more measures... do you know how much more "extra" time is needed and spent to reach out let alone to think & devise out to overcome these culprits so your understanding can be appreciated and gain your cooperation as well?

You have just two things to maintain... donate and submit the declaration, to vindicate you from the culprits (unless YOU are one of them all along) and we can then count on your continued, genuine support with donations in the many more coming trials anticipated.


Two main undertakings for you... while we have to continuously cope up in sustaining the existence of the Forum... we'll spare you the unenviable steps taken in mentioning them here that we have to pursue just because some are bent to stop us achieving what we are trying to do...

I hope, you will understand better after this for more than 200 dedicated & supportive Donors had shown with ease and I don't think, they found it complicated in order to rid off the "undesirables" from the main group of genuine donors!

It may also appear, you may not have taken nor indulge little effort to visit the Forum and to look up into the respective threads that addresses our concerns, problems and issues in sustaining our efforts to contain and achieve the coverage... I advise you to do so please... so that you could not blame yrself for being out of the loop by your own ignorance and or complacency to follow up with recent developments... I'm sorry to air this, but I believe it may have struck the cord to bring the message home eventually.

As it turns out, either your email is a bogus one and a one-off spin-off as well or the major hosting servers don't recognize your account either for whatever mischief they discovered off you...

The circulation of the bogus claim with nothing delivered at the site link was received by members several hours ago.

This is another clear indication as to just what we are dealing with and by whom we have to put up with.

Desperate & meaningless attempts to steer and include the already duped & innocent who just cannot cope up anymore having to tolerate this nuisance from some.

Our months of fair sharing and Free distribution is not working and neither is it effective to stave off such bogus claims by this one individual using distractive methods and disguising itself from its own source of truth and exposure.

Those who have now realized, will know what the purpose and timing is all about by not and having no more fear of being distracted nor taken for folly with such pranks.

YOU as a listed Honorary Donor with the HDG, will have from the November trial, be obtaining the Exclusive coverage!!! Your donation made that possible and every donation we receive from you will secure that exclusive feedback direct into your email that you gave as approval to ROLClub to send it to you.

If you have no idea what is meant here, thats because, you are NOT in the current semi HDG list which will soon be replaced by the main listing of Donors who will only become the main source and group of supporters for the Funding and thus, be privileged to all the trial coverage when made available.

HDG members will not be led into this prank and will not be worried nor be fooled by such as we have now measures undertaken and is currently in effect to distinguish if you want to become and to have, a rightful place in the HDG list.

Times are hard financially, so have we too and we cannot depend anymore on just good gestures that rest on air..... we can't be having Batty ferried across on a red sarong and be treated as a local tambi nor be given even a banana-leaf meal on every trip made.... faced with an empty plate resulting from insufficient funds to cover his efforts??!!!

Reality & practicality is here and will stay for as long as it requires to decide how often you shall be updated. The minimum sum is $10 excl. PayPal fees and you need to declare it with this statement (see here below in the quote box) which you have to submit as well to the Admins by and through your default working/funding email that you are advised to use as well, with your donation.

Failing this, we will still welcome your donation but you will NOT be granted the coverage as immediately as those who are in the HDG List. Follow the instructions accordingly and you shall be in the HDG list.

The discretion lies with us as well. We are aware of who the genuine donors are, with generous sums received from them since the very beginning of the Fund drive till today and from those that donate only at the bare minimum. We may also, like we did with the October trial, delay the release and include it in the Forum at a later date but we may not release it either.... and only send it out to those we are satisfied with, on those who deserve receiving it after submitting their declaration concerning their email address (while not being in the group of Honorary Donors), at a later date and again, in two separate parts. We have to introduce measures to protect the Forum and esp. for those who are in the HDG.

Those that donate with the minimum amount now stipulated at $10 will need to see they maintain this before every trial and you first need to be on the list to start with. This does not apply to those that had little hesitation with their generous sums donated so far to the Funding.

For those who wish to donate by Liberty Reserve, do remember to add your email address besides including your RC username. With the exception of LR, I will convert $ to $ on my account. I take the risk here on your behalf at my expense if LR should one day become like EGold....

Otherwise, due to the much higher exchange rates onto PayPal, to qualify for the HDG list, I would have to suggest a minimum of $17 for a donation donated through Liberty Reserve.

If you were NOT a Donor before since we started the Fund drive in spring 2007 or, you are donating at the 11th hour, and this is the 1st attempt... we advised you to donate a fair average/amount otherwise, we are not convinced, as we have troublemakers who can meet the required minimum as well.... You will be placed in the semi HDG list. The minimum of $10 is meant for our regular Donors who are and have been genuinely contributing and who are already HDG listed.

There is a "Locked thread" posted reminding what it takes to be in the HDG... a slight amount lower than the $10 is one of the giveaways we anticipate with unknown members...

Lower than this amount, I will have you considered in the semi HDG list and this is for the time being but time is running out.

We don't plan to let this semi HDG list be hovering in the background for longer than necessary. After the coming November trial session, only those who are in the HDG list (you can notice yourself if there is a HDG added to your username title by your avatar) will be receiving the current coverage fed back to us as submitted by Batty.

If you had donated as of or after October 07th 2008, with a minimum of $10 plus PayPal fees and submitted the declaration approving ROLClub to email you at your working email address (which is the same as the one used to donate through PayPal or disclosed in the LR transfer), then you should be in and if not, PM YogiBrood immediately about it.
