Just to help remind those not knowing or being completely lost and still keen to know when is the coming trial of The Marsdens. There might be questions raised or opted by Defense Counsel to split up with Sharon Marsden from that of Bryan Marsden to be dealt separately to her benefit as her lawyers might want to pursue down that road...

We have to wait and hear what Batty covers on this coming one day trial scheduled on Wednesday.

They will be receiving 1st hand news when we release it when it is made available.

Only a handful of new Donors to the Fund are getting worried and perhaps over anxious but short of "delirious......" for the following reason which have to be answered this soon as well...

Hullo Donor,

We are as eager as you to know while still waiting... on Batty to submit his translation as interpreted.

He was taken badly ill and got worse in forcing himself to head for the other courthouse in KL rather than head for home the day after....

He is still recuperating since and during the weekend till today.

When it is ready, it will be mailed out... hang on in there... the 1st part is ready but we are still waiting for the remaining sections partly due to his side of server not letting him upload successfully and also, he is recovering gradually... if you had no news from ROLClub as yet, no one else will either unless its a rumor or a speculated one.

Bryan Marsden is NOT being released from detention in a matter of hours.... not even for this coming Christmas so, no one is going anywhere with the trial coverage news...

Thank you for your patience and I hope it will be available soon, if not sooner....

Update: Batty is improving but also catching up with his translations as he lays back with much rests as doctor advice/supervision.

We can't be more grateful that he is also helped by his parent and siblings while still having to rest in bed, he has devoted time onto the puter and the 2nd addition has arrived and I was informed, he is still working on the 3rd & 4th.

Some may think, translation is an easy snappy task... on the contrary.

And it should be noted, the Judge is rather soft spoken... and Batty has ears not like that of a giraffe... but he has to stretch somewhat on that front ....

We hope to mail out very soon subject to receiving the complete version submitted by Batty.
