Has the trial started, over ??

The long awaited trial has indeed begun and the 2nd of the conducted court sessions took place last week.

Coverage of the trial has been sent only to supporting donors listed within the HDG.

Discussions on and by members are allowed through this Forum thread but no publications will be made as all HDG members are maintaining this ruling.

A minimum sum of $10 Donation is basically "meant for HDG listed" members only. A higher amount is always welcome from these honorable donors.

As for members who NEVER donated before, or who had once done so with a minimum of $2 through Egold and wish to be listed from now on has only to abide what is required in doing so. Please click >> this link and understand what, who and why we have become strict with the recent requirements.

Members who are considered as "new" are those who are not in the current HDG List and therefore, are advised to donate a fair & convincing amount that is more than just the $10 minimum (applicable to the regular Donors!!!) to be eligible for consideration. Those who have donated 5 days on or before the Nov 26 Trial, and after the HDG list was finalized a week before the 26th will be placed in the semi HDG list for review to be eligible for the next trial coverage. This will allow them ample time with updating additional donations (we are striving for the $5000 mark) and complying with the email approval compliance requirement.

It is an interesting notion to assume... that while still being in custody and not being held responsible or accused as is the case we all are wondering, and given the time spent by Bryan with writing & reading materials provided, he would and any "smart man" should, be considering writing a book...

What do any of you think as this being a highly likely opportunity by Bryan Marsden?

Will it ever be a best Seller from a Brit being held this long under a Malaysian legal System accused of some State alleged charges but has as yet to be tried and serving despite detention lasting rather long for Western Democracy standards???

Something for you to fumed about esp. on the book (if that can be highly potential) which may allow some basis on compensating the many duped accounts and for those involved having lost so much ....?

A book, yikes, who would buy it, after all, he is nothing more than a common low life liare and thief, so all he did was con everyone into thinking he really had a plan, when he was clueless on how to make money, he only knew how to blow it with insane PIPS Bistro, and fashion designer, never mind throwing money at the Bible deal, which no one knows much about, I know I haven't heard any success stories on series of DVDs? No, I don't think there is enough there for a book.

The more complicated and the more cumbersome it gets, the better we accomplish in ridding off the "undesirables" thinking they can create chaos and disruptions to ROLClub's Internet Forum role...

Please don't take or assume this response personally... it is hardly targeted at you, only the guilty ones knows who they are and those that qualified being listed easily with the HDG, they had little difficulty in coping and understanding with their committed support and regular donations.

It is good to note your wish and eagerness to be in the HDG List.

We welcome new Donors, we are never over-filled of that need and certainly, we are still far from the target we wish to accomplish i.e. the $5000 needed to safely assure Batty to cover each and every Trial that is still to come... how many, we honestly have no idea but we cannot wait till the 11th hour to gather funds every time there is a trial taking place.
It would be too late and is poor hindsight as well for careful & timely coordination on the coverage.

Be sure to be included before the next trial and you shall be listed when you comply the requirements stated in the thread on how to qualify and be eligible for the HDG.

Thank you for your support and certainly, your donation was as helpful and valuable back then and what has since taken place... cannot be depended upon funds that are no more around... I wish it was a recyclable currency too but we have to carry on with practical and pragmatic understandings.

The new introductions were not applied to specific individuals.... it is for all involved and albeit Egold or real cash now... we have done and did what is necessary and is inevitable to say the least to be able to survive continuing to sustain the Batty's trips.

I hope you will understand our position as well.... as part of all the other HDG members who are regular donors for whatever reasons or difficulties.... we do what is possible... without funds, it would be impossible to reach this stage and more will be needed, be rest assured.

A small example>>:

You told your doctor: I paid you for your services and the consultation you also charged for the last time I came to visit you... and now you ask me to pay you again??? what was the last time for then???

I'm sure, you will now know the answer much better than for me to state it on the doctor's behalf. ;)

We have now built a core support group of regular Donors, if you wish to be part of it, then you will have to be ready to be a regular donor too... without question. I must say it is unfortunate but it is a fact...
No one wants to be a contributor for another sitting back comfortably ... this is why the HDG has been formed, charity DOES NOT WORK in such cases... actually, it NEVER truly does unless you have a philanthropist behind it... which we DO NOT have to be honest.

Even a stand-in Sint Nicholas was eventually nabbed and faced imprisonment for a heavy penalty fine plus losing his only remaining vehicle....

Having said that, which was a true incident that took place yesterday here in my country. Police stopped a stand-in dressed-up Sint Nicholas heading for an invited party, he passed the alcohol test but was soon discovered, he had debts from fines owed to the State to the tune of about 50,000 Euros. Was asked to pay the fine on the spot, he couldn't. His car was subsequently impounded (confiscated by the State) and he headed for the jail... sad outcome but they caught up with his arrears as well.

I wondered how many among you will be fortunate to celebrate this 2nd year running, with the coming year's end celebrations since losing all your invested sum with PIPS?

Since the Marsdens were and still are facing their 2nd year in detention while also heading into their 3rd facing ongoing trials, it is for certain that many are still having a hard time coping financially given the latest financial meltdown and recession facing many countries since the collapse of the housing market in the USA.

Not many are in the well-to-do segment of society but a good number certainly are making ends meet, one way or the other and we wish you all to stay healthy and make the most of happiness and good life putting up a brave face and bold existence to make through another day....month and yet another year again.


We know that the Marsdens at least have a roof over their heads, even if the room area is limited.... but for many of you out there and those whom you know that are just scraping life with tidbits... we share your difficulties and repeating months scrambling on whatever crippling crumbs to pull through with livelihood but we hope you are still able to enjoy in celebrating in whichever way possible, wherever you are, with the coming festivities... also in remembering the happy gathering of faces you may have encountered/participated at some of the Conventions held by PI Inc back then.

If we do not get the chance to be back in time, both Marek & myself would like to wish all of you a happy and cheerful celebration in the coming weeks the festive season is offering...

A Merry Christmas and a new outlook for A fruitful New Year in 2009.
