The Queue List filing their Claims

The following are HDGers listed for the Round 1 of the process. The Lawyer assigned will soon be representing collectively on behalf of ALL Claimants (as liquidators) on the remaining amount of monies tracked down and still in wait for claim at the respecting Authorities. To be part of this queue, based on a 1st come 1 serve and in the order of merit with how you are involved with the funding group that made this far and possible, PM YogiBrood for further instructions and advise.

There are several of them seized properties and vehicles too and groundland plus $$$$s, all make up a substantial amount but that has to be evaluated by the curator appointed and thereafter, judicially reconsidered and to whom, what amount is entitled esp. for those now enlisted in the Queue list, will have their opportunity to file their claims!!!


The line-up of Claimants listed has been removed. This being the request by many HDGers who disapprove sharing this disclosure which tantamounts to their privacy & freedom on pursuing their claim which is regarded as a legal pursuit and involvement that 3rd parties (incl. inactive HDGers) or non conformists with support & funding, need not nor be required to stay informed, "....it is none of their business to know". I therefore respect this argument. - YB.

I would appreciate ALL OF YOU who have so far mailed me to be listed, to reply to this latest issue with your opinion and even yr thoughts as the way you see and understand in anticipating what might be ahead of your follow-up efforts.
The rest who are still receiving these updates as listed & qualified for the coming November coverage, YOU have so far not responded if you plan & wish to file a claim... hence, if that is the position you may wish to maintain, it means, after the November Court coverage, we will get to know just what the Lawyer's actions will be like and if it would be pursued as assigned by the current Queue Listing of Claimants. If YOU have not done so, then you will be on YOUR OWN completely and no representation will be considered for you, I'm sorry. Its a choice you make.

Time is very short and Lawyers too don't have much time to procrastinate with our decision to assign them or not.... because money too has to be available by then.

So, if you now decided and changed your mind and want to file yours after all, please do NOT email me and ask me how to go about it for the 1st round.... I have already mailed you and all who are involved for it is in there... simply read carefully the last batch of mails I sent instructing you just how to go about it, thank you.
