You received a text message from someone who knows you better or vice-versa and s/he is either a senior Staff/member of PI Inc, we don't know but you did admit, the person is in Malaysia.

I'd have expected you to put the request stronger with that person instead... are you questioning that source with doubt then? We can't answer you on that really, we can share what has already been spread across the internet so far... :(

I wouldn't put much stock in criticizms about how a person speaks. There are many who have english as their "home" language and they make mistakes amany.

It would be helpful if you could tell us where you are getting your info from and how credible it is.
