All my money is perfectly clean. All of my funds were purchased from my own credit card, which has had no fradulant activity or anything.Quote:

I wonder how the picpay staff keep sane with phonecall after phonecall, email after email, I wouldnt be surprised if they are having staffing problems. I doubt whether the staff have been put fully in the picture, I wouldnt tell them if I were Gary/Bryan just in case some sensitive information leaked, I would imagine the staff are under alot of pressure! I wouldnt work in that environment would you?:(
Has anybody visited the offices yet to have a look?

Hey, this is my first post in this new forum! Thanks to the PIPS member who told me about it...
WOW! Many of the comments made here are some of the same things I've been thinking about....
- Wish I could be a fly on the wall at the PIPS/PICPAY offices. I've also wondered how crazy it is there.
- Like Antman, I've made some purchases but haven't received them yet. And I also have some PICPAY to burn but don't know if I should wait for VAT or make another merchant purchase... Hmmm...
- VAT and PICPAY, please make it happen!!!! :lol:

They only have 2 or 3 people answering the phones and e-mails - why on earth don't they fix it?
I am a very sad PIPS supporter. Many of my friends have joined PIPS - I feel so embarressed and hope it all works out.

pips management should look into and change the schedules as again., I heard several schedules were changed . But still they are answering well., I had trouble facing them too..allow a day John.

Certainly not alot of WDs going out and the Merchants WDs are dragging.
I can not see why there is so much work when we see NO results to members in any big way.. Must be working on other projects.

Okay bfre howling just visit the office for one week total day and night shifts u will find out wht I say is true.It's the support staff man , it's the godfather who has to honour and he is certain in his principles sure on the ewallet platform and bank formation works...understand this., they are not playing...not only U even I am not having much patience but this is the reality if anyone disagrees with the fact., keep howling no problem.

have u ever worked in a tight MNC with 200000 member base with different sort of problems ., with login problems with updates, answering mails , attending phone calls., verifying the papers add to database by entry... and making printouts and meeting, meanwhile other official works ., do u think these were easy ..definitely not ..I bet work in big firm for two months .. and if u are sure peaceful and healthy., sure i will make a 450 account for u for free.
It's the admin who has to honour... when u are not courageous about speaking the truth and accepting this why u curse on the support people., who just can work out your data;s file and such other day to day routine inclusive of answering cold calls from hot members.
REally i pity them man they do their job sincerely., It's the admin who should care and they work for something better., so dont howl and dont loose patience.
