Thread: I hope I see some product soon

I was looking at all the orders I placed from various merchants since mid May and I have spent a little over 10k. How much product have i gotten? One - a $25 windproof lighter that the merchant shipped before he was paid by picpay.

Man... i sure hope it gets better then this soon. :roll:

It appears that it is getting a lot better...merchants are now posting that they've received their checks or a check and have deposited them into their accounts.

In addition my order went from open to shipped today! "One step for man, one giant leap for mankind?? Rock on!

Gee Mr. Antman that lighter really sounds awsome! I would love to have one of those. By the way, I heard the light at the end of the tunnel was getting a new lightbulb. I am sure everything will be a lot brighter for everyone. :D

Daca 68, I think you're right. From my understanding, "shipped" may mean a step forward, but it does not actually mean that the merchandise has actually been shipped. After funds are confirmed or deemed clean, the merchant has to post that the merchandise has been shipped so that PP will actually send them payment. As we know, this may take anywhere from three weeks +. As we all know, most merchants are smart enough not to ship any merchandise unless and until payment is received. Once the money is received, the merchandise is sent within three days.

I ordered from MJE Sales, and this is the process that they explained. What MJE will do is e-mail the customer to notify when goods have actually been sent.

Actually, it means a lot daca68. If it had remained "open" then my funds would not be verified and the merchant couldn't request the funds for my purchase! It's progress..................isn't it? or haven't you been reading the forum about merchants receiving their funds?

Sad day... an order I placed with a merchant on 19th May has now been cancelled because the funds haven't even been verified yet and the merchant has got fed up with waiting.

I don't blame the merchant at all- he has been dilligently contacting picpay frequently to find out when the verifications would happen but got no proper answer. :roll:
