The Texas C&D means NOTHING, just like Alaska, Oregon and Tennessee. The American Federal SEC has investigated PIPS five times and found everything above board.

That is not correct either i´m afraid, the C&D´s themselfs aren´t that much of a problem, but they have become a problem since they failed to respond to these orders in a timely matter, that is not good and shows that B has a bit to much to do.
They are fixing these problems as we speak/wright.

it's needless to speak about the closed arm of pips ., those C&D orders were executed not after investigation they are given that pips haven't its assets proven and BM never wanted to open the books ., that an insurance instrument sold offshore should have its limits and the people who marketed were aggressive to that point .,

As a firm with offshore identity to market and growing pips is unable to sustain those mighty threats all over and its Insurance wing is curbed by the BM ., but mind it's expressed and is being closed for the time-being.

Everything will be on board when pips clears its voice over., a Trade secret cannot be exposed and nor a warranty can be given for as with other trades.,But with insurance pips should reveal those factors .,

There were several reasons hidden for closing that arm of pips right now .,
please beware once all the current issues settle they will be back and will be marketed in USA., with clear identity.,

You heard him right....back to the USA...and perhaps that may just about equate the reasoning why BM isn't being "mindless" on the $$ as opposed to the Euro....for a probable switchover!

There is a further horizon in sight in the eyes and mind of Bryan but few have that ...the rest being shortsighted I guess...
