WOW...

I really thought I had seen everything. I have also now seen that post from 4dataxman...

I have said in the past.. and it is proving itself.. emotion, speculation and distrust can kill ... From what I know.. ROL and another forum of folks that did not come to BTI started negatives about me right away.. even before the closing of PIPS USA .....

I know there are a lot of extreme supporters of Bryan and I have not assasinated Bryan's character as some have.. and there are claims that people have mentioned to me as what they say are FACT that were very negative but if I cannot reasonably confirm them or have corroborating informaiton I don't bother with them I just factor it in as a rumor. Bryan has called me a few times recently during all this.. including the call this week where he said that Bank Negara with taking their own time and he had not control and did not know now long it would take to get a resolution but that it could be a couple months and he did not want people wasting money visiting Malaysia. He also told me how he felt he had been screwed over by several people and then crucified by at least one and those inclluded the banks, Gary, Warren and some employees .. but he never said anything about specultion of funds being diverted..

Again.. hopefully all TRUTH and FACTS will come out when the investigation is concluded . and I look forward to it. and if funds were embezzled or diverted.. then whoever is responsible should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and cruified for what it has done to many of us as members.

There is so much WILD speculation in this thread it is amazing and actually very disappointing. I have NO idea who could credit me with enough influence to have caused PIPS any problems.. Now.. I have not thought of any conspiracy theories such as this demise being planned from the inside long ago.. or merchant funds being diverted. I can see where people may have come up with that.. but to me it is speculation and actually I am looking forward to the time when some definitive findings and resolutions will come out of the BoN investigations.. are the reappearances of a couple of the sites encouraging? YES... But if you remember Bryan had said that he wanted to try to get some of the entites sites back up.. sothat any diviisions that are not part of the investigation but are viable entities can use the data that was on those servers. However if they are on different servers.. with the black market attempts to sell PIPS and PICPAY databases and scripting.. without some confirmation from Bryan himself I would be cautious because anyone could grab that information .. put it on a site.. and try to take advantage of people who are hoping against hope for positive signs on PIPS. I would like to hear what the latest is from Bryan and he told me he would call me with any positive news. Last week and early this week People posted and circulated emails that PIPS was cleared and the sites would be up soon. Bryan told me that that was not the case and he was working on it but had no idea of when some resolution would occur

To give an example of how people are looking to place blame and create villans.. I got about the order in which I wrote my text last time.. having something about Gary ( who had been dragged into BoN for an interview) before I typed what Bryan had said.. I tell ya.. I just can't win with many.

Some people get suspicious because I have seen stuff and heard from people on various sides of this thing... THINK ABOUT IT GANG.. If someone wants to either here or deliver something they think is credible..and wants their story heard by someone they think can be impartial.. who the hell do you think they call.?? TAG.. IM IT!! As soon as I felt duty bound to tell our members that there were problems with PIPS .. the other forums and even some of our members labled me a back stabber.. I have never typed or posted anything that I have not either told Bryan about or that he knows I have said.. and he also always told me diversification was a good idea. ...

No matter what happens with PIPS.. a LOT of wonderful things have come out of it.. It has changed how many of us think and opened our eyes to many possibilities and out-of-the-box t hinking. I have made many great friends all over the world.. Even when talkoing about the problems plaguing PIPS I have said that nothing would please me more than to see it survive.. but I also do not support or condone. reporting false or speculative postive information as fact.

NOW we have these new supposed "facts" floating around and I don't know what they are exactly but I can addresss some of the things implied in here that make it obvious that people like to speculate and not address things directly..

1. Gary and Warren have joined another project but as I understand it they were approached on it and did not instigate it. It also is NOTHING like PIPS and is not a clone and actually appears to be something that coule have been a complimentary program. That being said.. Yes I have been advised of it.. and NO I don't think it is ready for any consideration by our members.. and if it ever is.. I think our members will deserve to know who is behind it so they can make their own decisions. Where they got their funds to start what they are doing? I don't know. If they are contacting other PIPS members.. I don't know..

2. Gary and Warren have NOTHING to do with the Credit Union.. NOTHING SHEESH.. I am amazed at speculation Nor do they have ANYTHING to do with ANY project I have anything to do with.. I spoke to Gary after I heard he had been pulled into BoN so I could get information for our members.. Other than that I have not spoken to Gary or Warren since they left.. I don't believe them to be bad people and Warren I believe came to his conclusions and was so disappointed and upset that he let all that come out and really feels that members have been wronged and I bleieve he is straight forward and honest and speaking what he believes from his heart..

3. I don't know what a new management team would be but rest assured.. it AIN't GONNA INCLUDE ME... I know that that was the strategy of one group that wrote BoN. Some feel that they want to see what they can do to get returns to members ..others feel they may just want the database. BoN would have to make the appropriate decisions.. and anything that could help PIPS survive and get returns to members. I would like to see.

4. WOW here are the conspiracy junkies.. I guess that I will need to tell people what color underwear I am wearing ( if I am wearing any that day) .. but I am meeting today working on the formation of the Credit Union.. I have told some that..but it is people who have decided to become members of it that I have told. The CU will be a private group.. there will not be a thread in this forum and it will be run like a bank because that is the type of license it is.. and it needs to have corporate governance documents, articles of associtatoin, an independeant audit each year, results of those given to members, full transparency.. and Tex and I are meeting here and as I put in the first notice about it I mentioned our UK consultants and have told people that Robin is assisting in the formation to make sure every I is dotted and T crosssed. So Robin is here too. Rex I believe is on vacation. But DAMN we have to utlize solid talent to do it correctly... and conspiracy speculation is WAY off base..

I guess that Post in ROL said to stear clear of me and Warren or anything we do or anything done by Me and warren and Gary.. well there is NOTHING being done by us. .. so feel free to stay away from it.

Remember how in the early days of PIPS we all agreed that when something starts to look like it could be a good thing and be successful.. that others just seem to have a goal of insideously bringing it down? Well just remember that.. doubt and fear and anger and distrust are running rampant right now.. and that my friends has been a BEAR of an environment to try to start new initiatives and programs as the head of BTI which had to be started with NO money because I was plopped in the same boat as all of you were.

If you do not feel comfortable with me or BTI.. and feel that I have questionable motives please leave now... I have done my best to keep you appraised on PIPS developments and as all things come out in the BoN investigation I believe you will find that I have been accurate just as I have been since I first started putting out my updates.. its just when the accuracy became news that was not good that people decided that I had changed and that I was no longer accurate .. adn then with NO income coming from PIPS? Well I was already told by several members that there was no reason to worry aobut Travel discounts or health insurance or preferred vendor relationships if they were getting NO money from PIPS. and that they had NO income to diversify with. So.. then what makes sense..?? Trying to find new programs for members...

So I go about doing that.. and get called a traitor.. Well gang.. again if you feel uncomfortable with me then let your membership expire or I guess you could just leave.

I just hope to have a good sized, positive , growing, diversified Association as we enter 2006 and I would love you all to be part of it.. but if you are just going to speculate and post conspiracy theories.. especially false ones that include me.. then a line has to be drawn there.. I did not sign up for this..

One of the problems of having a forum is that it is created to help people. but then others abuse it as a tool to create doubt and argument.

I could go on but if you even got this far in reading this.. I guess I should just thank you for "listning" and the wisest thing we could all do for now. is to stop the speculating and let time tell what the truth and bottom line will be on everything.

But while I am waiting and hoping that something positive can come of the BoN PIPS investigation.. I also have to move on and help members create new sources of income...and help us help ourselves..

You said Bryan feels that Warren and Gary have screwed him over. But then you go on to say that Warren was just doing in the best interest of members, it was his honest feelings that he felt members had been wronged.

so which is it? I highly doubt Bryan is going to make up false accusations and toss them around lightly. But you still insist on what Warren says and feels and Gary as well. :roll:

just confused on those mixed signals.

Another little contradiction is that Billy said he had not spoken with Gary or Warren since they left, eventhough in his email update of 8/30 he said he had "spoken to Gary at the end of last week." Which is several weeks after he left.

He also said he had mentioned in his update that Bryan had told him that Bryan thought Gary and Warren had screwed him. He never said any such thing to us about that!

Just a couple of things that I wanted to point out...

Under paragraph two;

No mater what billy has said he is still in breach of contract for all those that paid for a lifetime contract and he did recieve the funds. as he has stated that he recieved all picpay funds up through april and many if not most payed prior. he didnt even have the consideration to credit a portion of that so how can he be trusted. at the same time as changing the name of his forum he started several as he says piramid investments with him at the top, and though up till then he was very positive about pips he suddently started making claims like your money is lost. He aslo recently said that bryan said it would take months for pips to come back online, I for one suspect he hasent talked to bryan but said he had so more would be willing to pay to stay online since he has a direct line with bryan, and since according to billy pips wont return soon then maybe people will buy into billys schemes. I currently think billy is a very bad person and yes I'm mad. I do believe bryan will be back and it wont be months.

I know Mike, it was a general statement for anybody to take from to point out a few contradicitions. and billy said he had read stuff about him from these forums, so now that he made his announcement, i'm sure he will be back to read up on the after-thoughts. but i get what you were trying to tell me, thanks.
