Bryan and Sharon, regardless of innocence or guilt (I believe innocent) I feel will be found guilty of something. What I would like to ask is "what happens to the funds and assets that have been frozen?" Do those who invested get their invesment back or do the funds mysteriously disappear into the coffers of the big banks.

On the latter taking place is debatable but like any country would pursue with "cash" considered sleazy and fishy or worst still, dirty money... it ends up with the Tax Dept or heads for the agency that takes care of Defence buying!!!

Here is where we, YOU and most feeling duped, cannot and WOULD NOT engage a Legal Office to undertake (costly task) seeking and answering valid queries like you have just raised and far too numerous from earlier postings on the same concerns. Nonetheless, on what you asked: "what happens to the funds and assets that have been frozen?", this is hovering for many months on most minds, we can only speculate but the real truth to that is far from near, certainly not any earlier before and until we know just what and on why and through which ends, were the Marsdens charged primarily with and if guilty, the extent of their guilt.

As far as ROLClub is concern, putting your trust with a STEALER of database is something that is left to the individual...as far as the PIPs saga and trial goes, but what is there to doubt again, with a crook that plays with people's data, may also be involved with other programs that you find on the GFF site...

Finally found the update on the trail. Just another disappointment as usual. But our thanks to thebat$, YogiBrood, and of course Marek for your thoughtfulness in keeping us all posted on the trial. We too are being spammed by GFF, but I've blocked his e-mail address now, what a creap! Like everybody hasn't had enough crap out of PIPS and all other HYIPS without his interference! Oh well, life goes on, but not like we all had dreamed. Just had to put in a complete new heat & air system + ductwork in the attic instead of the floors (they got flooded!), and new windows, $17,000!! Every penny of profit we had just made in the spring from the sale of a house we remodeled for a year and sold for cash, had to go right back out. Thought we'd get to pay off the credit cards, but alas!! Sure could use that $38,000 that PIPS said I had coming when it closed, heck, I'd be happy to get back my original $10,000!! That's not much out of the $28 MILLION Brian & Sharon stole for their own bank account. Who winds up with all that money?? the Maylaysian government of course!! Hang in there everybody,

A week or two ago I received an email that ROL club was shutting down and I was to join GFF to continue to receive updates on PIPS.

Well, you know now, what a desperate "mongrel" for a maggot would do to go thru that length in claiming that too... it is a bigger wonder, just how shallow those that continue to post there, are actually in complicity to a crook that will and is able, to turn and cheat them out on their very own accounts etc at whatever they get involved with his or through his Forum site programs and sign ups in the future ...just go figure that one out!

I am requesting to be sent any and all emails in reference to the PIPS Trial...After reading the post from Admin...it is my understanding that you just need to request the info and ROL Club will send it.
