Adm, thanks for the email and reports in this thread! I haven't been following the Pips case since December 2006...because I personally regard it as useless discussions, as far as I can judge it after a long waiting period, now we for the first time get some concrete facts. And that is what I find very interesting. Two real trials starting; One starting in Nov 2007 and One starting in May2008! So let's wait and see how this case unfolds itself!

Hmmm....PicPay was not a bank. It was merely where we requested payment based on
funds transferred from PIPS; a way to separate the funds being re-invested from those
being requested as payout. PicPay then transferred the funds to the bank for withdrawal
via bank wire or check or to other payment methods such as SpeedyWallet, etc.
This is the same type of charges brought against e-Gold and INTGold here in the US.
Both e-Gold and INTGold have proved that they are not banks and have complied with
all licensing requirements. While e-Gold has had little repercussions from it, INTGold has
had great difficulty recovering their business.
Unfortunately, even if you are innocent of all charges, the likelihood of surviving an
investigation is almost nil as most customers/investors lose confidence and move on
to other programs. We can only wait and see what happens.

hello the reason for that is, i had these posts made by us soft deleted, to discuss the situation with Yogibrood and Thebat$ before we post a new update... Once we agree, we post. This discussion is due to Gff stealing our updates, or starting a Ddos attack against us to keep our servers down, and have their site up with massmailing to our members. We have started to secure us against such with each pips update we post now. But we figured that to many members had already started to ask questions.. So we undeleted the soft deleted posts, and there they were, back again in the order they were posted.
regards

Firstly, he will certainly appreciate, YOUR solemn support and understanding, what he is going through on behalf of gathering real time facts for all concerned, up front and close.... secondly, also understand that his efforts depends on moral to monetary support to cover expenses in funding his time, his commitment, his sacrifice and having to be away from his home....
No amount of $$$ value can determine or put a price tag on that worth....but any amount in donation contributed, is welcome as a genuine support to ALL our efforts as cooperation for showing true support. -

Welcome back PR! I think the context of "faith" is a personal point only an individual can honestly answer, its like religion, a personal belief or faith if you will, empowered on oneself.
As to the support side, that too is best left to every individual to answer for oneself as no one needs to wise-up the other...it's pointless, but a true supporter should know and do, is what he/she believes in and to go all the way and 100% in proving it...even like staging with placards or banners outside the courthouse or attending the trial (whats a plane ticket for a Dutch or for most Western traveler?...peanuts 2B honest) inside showing visible support and /or even chipping in to bail them out...
Now, where are all you hard core Marsden supporters we thought are still out there?
As for the "when is my money coming back" feeling...you were away for some time but you did NOT fully miss the "boat of debate" here... it's still on btw... there will be members waiting to hear your side of the coin...be our guest, should be interesting to hear your perspectives...we almost ran out of breath on any more options...but all ears are yours for listening..., Philip.

Message from Batty.
Hi friends,
I have resorted to use a cybercafe to stay in touch with Rolclub. Due to an unknown hitch in my laptop as well as my desktop, I am unable to connect to Rolclub! I can access other sites without any trouble whatsoever. My desktop sometimes allows me brief access. So you can see my name reported but in actual fact I was locked out.
Anyway, regarding my family, they are all I have that is important. I try my best to see that my mum and sibs are taken care of and they of me. So far the most I've been gone is 3 days. As you know once I knew there was no trial (Sept 10), I went home straight, one to save funds for the next trip and two to quickly go home to my family. Our daily routine is a juggling act of timetables. I drive them to college on certain days, they drive other siblings to work, I take mother for daily marketing, they drive me to my work etc. So if I am gone for a week or two, I am sure there will be days that things cannot go where they're suposed to. I am still trying to make up for the classes missed (I teach a little, one on one) from the last trip.
Please don't misconstru that I am whinning about my situation. I am willing to get out there and get the info. If there is news, good or bad, we all must know. I am sure Admin and Yogi will try their best to send me, as long as the donations can cover it. As you may be aware that donation cannot quite cover an extended stay, it has been sufficient so far as I have been tightfisted. Instead of having a meal in the hotel, I chose to have it at a coffee shop or fastfood. I also purchase instant cup noodles, in case hunger strikes. Ordering from the hotel menu can be expensive!
Instead of one trial, there are two now. This will mean more trips. I hope that the trials will be tried together, (Yogi said its wishful thinking on my part ) its crazy isn't it? If you take away the date, the news report is almost exactly like the 30 Aug 2006 one. The difference it that :-
1. They were out on bail before 30 Aug!
2. Sharon is a former teacher
3. BM was a former project manager for KLCC and KLIA
4. 18 locals depositors and scammed of RM650,000
5. There willl be 15 witnesses
6. Trial is in May
Well, I guess till the trial, its back to the usual wait.
Cheers.
