Well I see you guys just want to post what you find through the bat, The info I posted was from the star online news, which I bet is much more accurate than the bats. There must be some monkey biz going on here at rol. This place has really gone down hill. First you take a poll as to when and who you will give info on this trial, the vote was for everyone to be informed, then you play some game about posting the info. You guys are something else............just what, I haven't figured it out yet.
Edit:awwww, and you now plan to leave the room, not for what you posted but for that dramatic & emotional mindset...well, goodBYE then. - YB

Thus..... tubby, you finally couldn't get out of your own little over-flooded bathtub to reach out for that little duckling toy now on the floor and u're feeling hurt...perhaps, U R also uncontrollably agitated that your ego to be appraised wasn't getting the attention like you share with the other jerk at GFF?
Fine...now bubble yourself out of that tubby basin and go play with Mike Shah... you made or spoilt his day by blowing your cover too soon...not a smart move for a tubby toddler either...

In this day and time, nothing is for certain. I invested a lot of money into pips, But I have nothing negative to say about anything nor anybody. I'm just thankful to know that it's not over till it's over. The fat lady has not yet sung. THANKS for keeping me informed of the progress. Stoney B.

This is nahop from Malaysia. Latest news in my home town papers:
Briton, M'sian wife charged with illegal deposit-taking
------------------------------------------------------------
KUALA LLUMPUR:(28/09/07) A Briton claimed trial in the Session Court yesterday to four charges of illegal deposit-taking involving RM650,000, and his Malaysian wife to two counts of similar offences.
Bryan John Maarsden, 59, and his wife Phan Sew Ken 52, were charged with two counts each for allegedly receiving the money from 18 local depositors more than two years ago in their capacity as directors of New Mark Business Centres Sdn. Bhd. and Picpay Dot Com Sdn. Bhd.
Marsden and Phan had allegedly accepted the deposits without a valid licence under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 at the companies' premises at Jalan BBN 1/2E Bandar Baru Nilai, Seremban, between April 10 nd Jult 4, 2005.
Marsden also claimed trial to two other charges of accepting money from depositors, as a representative of both companies, at the same place and time.
The penalty for conviction on any one of the charges under the Banking and Financial Institutons Act 1989 is a jail term of kup to 10 years or a maximum fine of RM10 million, or both.
Bank Negara prosecuting officer Fahmi Abd Moin asked the court to set bail at RM 500,000 each in two local sureties on both Marsden and Phan. He also asked the court to impound their pasports.
Fahni also applied to the court for the couple to be tried jointly, saying that the case involved the same witnesses.
Judge Rozana Ali Yusoff imposed bailed of RM400,000 on Marsden and RM300,000 on Phan and ordered their passports to be impounded. She set hearing for May 6 next year.
The couple, represented by counsel J Kuldeep Kumar, failed to post bail.
This was the fourth time that Marsden had been charged in court. For Phan, it was the third time.
On Aug 30 last year, the couple claimed trial in the Seremban Sessions Couart to 41 counts of money laundering involving RM26.7 million allegedly received from proceeds of unlawful activities conducted online.
On the same day, Marsden also claimed trial in a Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to seven more counts of money laundering.
On Sept 19 last year, the couple also claimed trial in the Seremban Session Court to seven charges of money laundering involving RM11.78 million.
These cases are pending--Bernama

i really dont think its right what is being done to them. perhaps they did make the mistake by not having a licence. I did kinda wonder about that as I signed up with another invesment a while back and had to fill in legal documents before handing money over. Even then I feel bryan was doing he could to help us all make money. Its pissing me off even more how this is been dragged out so long.I mean sheesh give them a fine instead and give them a date to get properly registered and licenced and then if they fail then lock them up. but making them suffer the way and charging stupid high amounts of bail that is totally insane. I havent really commented on anything here but If Bryan was a bad guy why did he meet up with everyone like he did and give his real name. If he was a scammer we wouldnt of known a thing about him and he woulda run off with all the money a long time ago like the real scammers out there. I believe in him doing what he can, with this going on i am sure he will not come back and help us and that is the saddest thing of all. There arent many people out there who can or are willing to help others make real money. I have yet to see a real serious income anywhere.
I think the law in that country are going about it all wrong. It seems they have no rights. And locking up our money for this long is totally unfair. If they already said bryan is guilty why not start refunding us all. I hope bryan and his wife get out and get a chance to live a free life.
Interjection: Thank you for your thoughts and sharing your concerns as well, I know, many will share your points to a certain extent, which is debatable and forthright in perception but not necessarily outright valid on an argumentative level. - YB
