Why not have a locked forum for members of PIPS only so info can be recieved by
those who have funds invested with PIPS... I have considerable in PIPS and now we are
looking at over two years and still we have no trial....now the government is falling apart
and along with the world economic situation, we may not get closure for another two years.. Anything would be good to know, just some movement..

Hi and thanks for your well founded reasoning as a good point for an argument.

We have discussed on this much earlier and even decided the outcome through a majority poll that have participated and the consensus lies with the release for all to be shared here on the RC Forum... regardless of those that do not wish to actively or passively support albeit with a donation or adding more views on opinions... as I and them have almost come to the saturation point with exhausted views... except for a trickle left to sit back and wait patiently too... nothing more is left to lose on that score.

With both ways, in defending those that donates and those who expressed they are poorer now than ever before and won't help or could not help due to depleted funds... we were battered nevertheless in making the right decision... which is, let all have it, this way, no one can accuse us as some would gladly do and claim, that ROLClub is behind it all with the Marsdens... of course, we do have such people gone desperately berserked for loss of their money, by their own fault and that includes ME (tho still in good shape) as well and all involved without a doubt but most of all... their lack of perspective by shooting down the messenger as we are, in helping out as best as we can... and with our Anchor man at the forefront, he too had to endure some unhelpful insinuations from several others too which wasn't kind on him either.

I hope, you understand and all those still following silently out there in the background, this is the best way to feel free and be granted whatever is achieved at each trial and lately, it is deplorable, yes, the judicial & management system there is beyond our control and donation funds just keep on being used up which cannot be avoided like when the judge or defense are switched with no show-ups plus unprepared schedules disorganized etc...most depressing I'm afraid as if bad news is already not enough as suffered by all affected...hmmm

The balance amount that our Moderator now has in time of need is barely adequate after the following trial... If any who still wish his trip to be an ongoing & worthwhile one, kindly help by supporting with a donation, thank you.

Hi Cherith,

Having a locked forum doesn't serve any purpose but to make it difficult to share the info. Yes, two years is a long time and its safe to say that we're not getting anything back. The world economic outlook may be bleak but our goverment is strong. It is not falling apart.

Just sit back and wait until the next trial rolls around, May 6th and see if we make any progress.

You have probably been thinking about what to say in your first post here at RC since you joined 15 months ago, but still I'm not sure about what you are trying to say.

We have lives, we have moved on... we just want some justice. I'm well over any money I lost and was a long time ago, but I'd still like to see him answer in a court of law for what he did (especially for those who _really_ lost out - I can afford my losses but for some it was a very bitter pill to swallow), and also I'd be interested to hear what really went on.

I too would like some of the many questions about PIPs answered.
I have seen and experienced much of the workings of BM since 2002,
and although the money is uppermost in most members questions, some
facts, unanswered, would fit into a well written mystery. I would hanker
to read the last chapter and will support the Bat$ as long as he is willing
and able to continue to cover the trail. If that means sending another couple
of dollars to the kitty I would support that idea in a blink.
