What held you back? Under normal circumstances, you should have stayed and continue in whatever you did or still does for this "burning drive" should have by now be totally irrelevant for your agony and outburst of this silent magnitude you successfully contained all along but for this day and date.

Unlike you for having completely misjudged, most have inevitably resort and returned to a meaningful existence, they, we altogether if one can include you too, have kept busy to some extent to try forget this had happened but that doesn't mean, one has lost the right to keep track given the time whenever available...

As per your suggestion, I doubt anyone will find the need to take you up on it and presumably, regardless of having a small affordable space in the back room in one's memory cache, they still are inclined to know WHAT and WHY from answers to be determined through the trial... unlike the option and proposal yours ironically offers, what have you been thinking of all these while???

How to state those few words that took you this long to post while most went through multi-tasking with all other chores and life still went on smoothly?? I believe, and none would fit the description as you crudely assert, for we all have a life which you can hardly believe and its no surprise if you couldn't, as you now need to sum up behind yr computer for the next agonizing post thinking of something again after this.

The last chapter certainly would be nice. But its far from over with distractions and all. Hopefully we should be able to get something from this following trip. It will be in a new place and unfamilliar to me. Need to keep on my tippy toes.

I would like to know what is going to happen to the money people invested. BN has frozen Pips funds and assetts. When the trial is over is the bank going to give the funds back to the investors, or will they steal it. I don't know what is worse. The bank stealing or the frame up of the Marsdens.

But there was no investment - remember, it was a loan?
And if you still believe that the Central Bank of Malaysia stole the money and that the Marsdens were framed, I have a bridge to sell you.

You among most, did believe with "the perception that it was invested" and this was in fact with the Marsdens (whichever crooked way anyone wishes to dispute or suggests in) regardless of what actually took place that led everyone to understand it was with some project or object speculated over and over again... even emphasized strongly at the few Conventions held by him behind the mic.

Hence, the deceit that will someday be shown & proven as presented by the trial will stir some and many for sure, to re evaluate whether one's actual loan was in fact an investment into "someone" and not into the numerous projects as was viewed to be Investment Projects that deliver periodic returns...ROI if you like, which apparently was on paper but spelled out with invisible ink...

As for the theft as suggested by you at the steps of the BN address, you might have a case against you for false and unfounded accusation if you seriously believe that to be true for your part... will you after a re think?

I hope you do and retract that statement for your sake... after all, your loss with the belief & trust in Brian Marsden was already a heavy toll... surely, you don't need to start a case defending your allegations at a Financial Institution on groundless to irrational speculation?

As for the frame-up which you also strongly believe... have you crossed that bridge (Owen Platt may have one ready on standby to help you out) to meet & consult with the Marsdens on this?

Its not too far a bridge to cross as yet... for they are still in custody and this makes it easy finding them. Visiting is allowed too, coz if & when judgment is handed down, then its too late & I know for sure, you'll be less motivated by then to heed the suggestion here esp. if they were to be sentenced according to the trial against their crime as viewed by the country that now holds them accountable and wants to prosecute them someday soon.

Well, I surely hope he get's whats coming to him. But, I still think some of us are still having false hope that this program is going to make a rebound. I don't understand why people hang on to things when it's clearly evident that this person stole millions of dollars from folks and soon will be inprisoned for it. I guess when the verdict comes, that will give people closure.

Somehow I doubt that it will. There will still be the true believers protesting that Marsden was looking out for 'the little man.' Of course, he was only looking out for himself.
Unfortunately, the upcoming trial is unlikely to produce much in the way of news concerning Pips. It is only concerned with the Marsdens making fraudulent transfers into their own accounts and violating the fiscal laws of the country - not defrauding the members of Pips.

i for one did not lose monies in pips and always exspected it to fail/ made a few dollars off it but did not get rich/ you lay your mony down, win lose or draw

I will be closing this thread and a string of others as well that are rather repetitive and only leads to confusion and disarray for returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Mardsens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
