Bless you and yours!
Thank you thebat$.
We appreciate all your efforts on behalf of us members.Shame your visit was so short. The one good thing to come out of this is, at least you will be home earlier than expected.
Hope you can cover the trial next year, family life permitting ! Next year will be real busy for you with 2 trials ! Gives ROL members a long time to save up for donations to this worthy cause!:ro_emote:
Thanks to ADMIN at ROL for making it all possible!
Thank you bat$ and Admin for the coverage of the trial.
A disappointment no doubt but some news is better than none.
Hope the next trial schedule in March 08 is definitely on.
Thanks again bat$ for your personal time and sacrifice.
So far it looks like justice is being served to the Marsdens in the same way they delayed our payments and ultimately ripped us off. Very appropriate in my view.
Thank you bat$.
Thank You very much for your sincere efforts to keep us informed of PIPS trials. God Bless you.

Hello members, hope you're doing well though pips is still not around.Stay bless.
First the credit have to go to Admin and Yogi for the initiative, then the members funding. I am honored by the many thanks I recieve. I am just doing what I can to support our forum and members. I think anyone could do the job. This time around the hotel was very good, plane comfy and on time and eventhough some delay in getting there everything looked good. But fate usually has a funny way of dealing its cards, the trial got delayed. :) Imagine the look on the receptionist face, when I said I was checking out. LOL. She wasn't happy but she wasn't angry either.
I had to stay an extra day because there were no plane tickets available and usually I go home by bus. I didn't as I mention there were roadblocks all the way, in between Seremban and Penang especially in KL where the protest are taking place. It was not wise to go via road and it will take hours to reach home. I had to forgo the earlier book ticket and get a new ticket or else I need to pay a penalty and the difference of the ticket amounting to more than just buying a new ticket! Those airlines are something. :fryingpan
I reached home Tuesday evening and tried to normalise everything but things liked arranged transport cannot be changed. Anyway on Thursday, I receive a strange call from my bank. It said Yogi wants me to return USD45 to him!!! I knew that some hanky panky is going on an refuesed. I double check with Yogi and he said, "No such thing". So I still don't know who is trying to be funny. By right it was almost a week since the transfer and all deductions have been made by the respective parties..... strange.
More observation of the trial.
1. Their lawyers are using "delay" as tactic to bring forward the trial NEAR or PAST the May trial date for whatever reason.
2. Crying is a cheap way to get sympathy, to build up grounds for bail.
3. Telling everyone they're broke as many time as possible, to prevent any further lawsuits in the event that they do walk away.
4. No press means the trial isn't HOT news. Unless it's in KL, then they send a junior to cover it.
5. I predict there will be more "clandestine" hearings to try for bail.
Anyways, its good to be back home. I am well and healthy. No stones so far as I've downed plenty of water courtesy of your funds! I even raided the hotel's free water! Thanks for your generosity and support for me, my family and YOUR forum. Sooner or later, the cat will be out of the bag, the beans will be spilled, the jig will be up, smoke will clear and mystery unsolved, solved. You can be be sure, I'll be there.
Thank you all again.
