Thread: Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

I have nothing to show for the money I paid. A friend introduced me to a "sponcer" that got my cash. So how am I supposed to show how and when I paid my grand?

I'm sorry about your situation and so will many more that read yr post.

I wish you had been more forthcoming back in 2006, but your post history says it all, too little exchange with fellow membership here puts you in a worser disposition and dilemma when faced with better hopes in later years such as it has happened. Should there be many more coming out to discuss it back then, including you, on ways to retrieve the monies through those who acted on behalf of BM with PicPay exchanges, it may have turned the tables back then and many seeing most of their money back in their hands from those responsible.

I did not have that experienced as mine was a direct Bank transfer.... so, I basically have the Bank as proof to make my claim but we shredded our proof into the shredder the day we realized, we were SCAMMED and felt like DUMMIES taken for a ride!!!

But forgiving him and our humility to let it GO.... somehow helped us recover the loss in other moral ways in no time so we never looked back since... !

Exchange and READ and interact often in the forum is the way to go about it. ROLClub has been most liberal & lenient and welcoming all these while but many, who in the past took great pleasure with mock postings degrading fellow ex-Pipsters with all kinds of distasteful comments etc... they are the ones who truly didn't have the last laugh.

As for your case Cluless, and many more who shares your situation too, your next best stop should have been the person who "took" your money and went further with life while you reap the misery at your own expense and EXPENSES they were, each and every passing day to this moment!!

This next attempt can only work out for those who still have valid & verifiable proof from the documents they still have in their possession. Those who have not or NONE at all but vivid memories of WHO they handed their monies over to, that is their hope to claim back from... someway or by hook or by crook... but no one would want to encourage any illegal or unlawful method in doing so.

Only the Law where you reside, is your best hope to turn to... it is kinda "your word against HIM or HER" whom you handed your monies over and because you receive NOTHING as written proof in return, you can be viewed as abetting to a Ponzi or, the person has given adequate proof in illegally taking your money without being a Licensed Trader for receiving other peoples money esp. without providing a paper trail.... these days, that is becoming imperative with all sorts of money exchanges, online and off-line in whatever transaction involved otherwise, its plain "fraud" in the making.

Edit: I hope it too for you that they still are available and they are willing to assist you from their archives. Another TPC from Norway managed it after some heaving arm-wrestling / elbow bending to achieve it and it DID which is what that matters. - YB.

ROLClub began as an alternative option as a forum but was NOT to replace the PIPS forum (it wounded itself up on its own accord and was anyway doomed too by its own makings and that of & through Bryan Marsden in particular) but RC stayed on through the furlong mainly and partly for the HYIP activities which is the brain work of Admin. It is his website and side business frankly speaking.

Keeping track on the Trial was an extension out of an initiative taken with a "risk" as some put it but 2B honest, the risk lies more with those involved back then that stood the mile with perseverance and it PAID OFF!!

That became a yardstick to prove.... the monies are recoverable and its NOT that easy and it may cost somewhat to gain back ... that is the unfortunate reality and the question is... HOW do we go about it without screwing the attempt and process at doing so.

Well, it almost got sidetracked during the 1st attempt but I made sure we had enough of "troublemakers" having their way to ruin the process hence, unpopular measures had to kick in and in so doing, we rid off the potential sabotage of a few and the rest, the genuine remaining ex-Pipsters, were left out and that shouldn't be repeated with this second NEXT Attempt.

Thus, from what can be learn from the 1st attempt experience, we can refine and improve further so MORE can benefit from it this time round.

I'm now in Asia and settling down with the local scene and connections pulled up again and managed to come online to have a quick viewing.

@Nanni and several others who mailed their required information, I will have your details worked on soon, so don't worry.

Hi, I would like to speak to all those that are anxious about moving forward to do what needs to be done to reclaim. Life is full of lemons, but we can enjoy the relaxing, refreshing of ice cold, sweet lemonade. When making lemonade and getting the result of the pulp, a little squeezing needs to occur - the benefit is great.

Edit:Thats right, the first bold start is to come together, be united and together, it will enforce & empower the attempt and thereafter, a force with resources gathered to pursue the refund claim, wholly necessary to prove what is yours remain as YOURS and needs to be returned eventually. So currently, the more that joins us with their legitimate proof for their monies, should be informed and to allow them to be aware of this opportunity asap. - YB.

How much are we contributing towards this noble course to claim and refund our monies ? Is BM ready and willing to refund? How well is he now ? Where is the money coming from ? Any ans ? emmagbek

Edit: I won't honestly consider it a noble cause as you wish to understand for claiming back even if its YOUR monies by virtue and right, the "other" side won't treat it as such. They will or certainly plan to reject and won't submit without putting on some heavy defense hence, its a potentially good battle to regain victory but we'll come to that when we are collectively prepared and ready to go the mile on this next stride. Concerning "his" health, it is anybody's best guess which most will have little passion left over for him just so long as he stays alive and can be tracked, traced or found and still breathing on his two feet if necessary. We'll work on that regarding the money location, later. - YB.

Hi everyone.

I'm just back but for a short break from my drive about in undulating terrain with my rental SUV, a comfy Toyota Fortuner 3,0 lit diesel but its more a street machine as oppose to a Range Rover cut out for the dirt tracks!
Despite the outside heat in this monsoon-hit tropical country like 36C on the average, the front & rear airco can truly "freeze" us inside....LoL

Yes, "would-be" for the moment until past August 1st and from thereon, there will be further fall outs expected but I hope its limited to under 2 percent eventually.

I am on holiday this moment but do read the rest of the posts in this 6-page forum, not only to understand better & deeper at what has been exchanged and posted by others and from mine but it will help you consider better too in wanting to either join those or not at all with the Next Attempt.

Do not repeat by asking questions when its already handled and answered earlier and it only proves, you have all the time as yet to read it up but chose NOT TO... which is not encouraging but will only lead me to ignore and others won't take too warmly of your participation either.... this I can assure you based on the first attempt that became successful with the Claim and Refund early this year.
