Thread: Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

YB you are doing great,We all have to do surgery on our computers from time to time,but backups are so important and that is one area I am a bit slack on.
YB it is not hard to bear with you ,you are doing well on our behalf and we appreciate all the effort you are putting in.

I hope I've done this correctly.......I am NOT computer-literate! Would just like to say a HUGE THANKYOU to you YB, for all your hard work & persistance in this matter. I am on board all the way - I don't get into this Forum much at all, but read all your emails as they arrive. God bless you, heeler.

I am trying to keep informed of the efforts to reclaim our money (and I am so grateful for those efforts.) I sincerely wish I had something to post which would be of assistance but unfortunately I have no knowledge as to what should be done. However, I will do whatever is asked of me.

@Heeler, Silverhair & Onestephen respectively, U R welcome and simply staying in touch and whenever appropriate, a mail gesture is adequate expressing your support for fellow TPCs.

Albeit in here or an email to YB who then shares it among the others in the TPC group which you are part of, is all it needs and naturally too, whenever you have an insight with suggestions or questions related to the process, you email to YB direct, NOT in here.

So far you did well by stating with the one sentence of your achievement.... There is really nothing much to it now that you managed this far in logging in, make your way with the forum index, select your choice topic and respond with a thread statement. You MADE IT.

From here on, its plain expression of what you wish to air out, express your opinions, share a thought on any issues and hopefully your tips, ideas and or commentary critique is hailed, applauded and not wooed down with disrespect as you shower others with equally dignified response. It Is heartening to see the many new interactions. I am happy to see you taking time off with your family and having some leisure time YB. As the saying goes, "no man is an island unto himself" we need each other. We are learning together and growing in our strength to persevere and succeed.

To all of my fellow travelers on this very special road, I encourage you to continue to let your voices be heard, all of your ideas and questions are very important to the task at hand.

YB is such a patient man, he gracefully lets us air our frustrations and doubts, he recognizes that we are all human and have our failings, so don't be afraid to come in and ask questions, and present ideas. Let your light shine.

Are you in touch with any of the former successful applicants YB? don't know if I asked you this before. Can you get any leads from them in the sense of how to find good Legal Counsel etc?
I really respect your humanitarian qualities because I don't know anyone who would attempt touch a monumental task as this with such unselfish motives. I can't tell you how much I thank you on behalf of all of us.

Hi YB, am I understanding this email correctly that I am suppose to post in the forum in order to continue to be on the list to try and recover my $20,000 or any part thereof from Pips? Well whatever you'd like me to do I am willing to do for I do want to continue on the list. I admit I am a little shy and haven't posted but I do read your emails what I understand. I have and am undergoing some heavy medical challenges having had a stroke and going thru therapy and on Oxegyn 24/7. I am not complaining for I am grateful and thankful to yet be in the land of the living. Maybe I ought to post this? It has taken me 22 minutes to type this out to you. What should I do I want to be a part of, I want to be in. Thanks for listening and for your reply!

I'm hoping that by sending you a private message, you will have received it. I have all of my records from what I invested in PIPS. If you can direct me as to what all I need to do, it would be appreciated. I'm curious why the courts only awarded 18 people any monies when it went to the Malaysia court.

Edit: The earlier HDG group simply persevered and stayed the course and for that, were met with their goal as accomplished. They were guided, heeded the instructions as laid out, became resolute and so were their efforts fruitfully rewarded for their steadfast determination. If there were 100 listed and who remained for the long haul, they too would have been successful with their claim. I shall mail you soon on this post regarding your query and that includes your wish to be part of the current group listed for the next claim attempt as the dateline was closed end July. YB.

All issues pertaining to the development and process we now and soon will embark is to be kept and/or discussed within the emailing among the group of claimants. Not in here.

In this forum thread, you may post on general thoughts or on facts that has been an open fact thus far but NONE on any upcoming and processed matters that are only meant to be addressed and disclosed among the TPC group. Besides here in this forum, anything that you wish to have it maintained as private and serving your sole interests, is better shared with your group that you are part of, in here, you may still post but keep the context separate. You are also NOT obliged to share your experience or privilege involvement for so long as it is not over as yet which involves other members that makes up your involvement and they would not wish to be included in this forum disclosure without their prior consent and it goes mutually likewise. You can email me whenever you are unsure on anything related to the process we are embarking on very soon.

Take all the time to type out when you do, there is no hurry unless you need a quick answer or reply and the email path to me is your best course to thread on.
