Thread: Pips August 2008 Trial News

It's something of a popular misconception that passing illicit money through Panama is easy. It isn't.
Panama, although an excellent offshore jurisdiction, has stringent laws in place to counter money laundering. The Central Bank there are well aware of the Marsdens and I cannot see any bank there being prepared to run the risk of accepting funds from them.
Also, I found no record of any such sum being transferred nor of any account being opened there. The Registered Agent there, who would have been the obvious choice to set up an account, disowned them (he didn't get paid!).
As there were no meaningful investments made during the lifetime of Pips, I think the amounts of money available have been vastly overstated.

He may just do that, dumping Sharon aside... that may work out two ways... bad and quick for getting even (tongue in cheek) when she gets to feel the raw deal ending up that way after release... he won't have a place to hide for long even if one were to be surprised as to why no one came to aid them thus far... but she may just about wield enough (with "local connections" even if she can't afford the full contract on him) for a final personal straw... oh yes, its not over if he does plan to carry out the "dumping" scheme as well.

That is speculation without question... for "Westerners" i.e.

As for his "outbreak" with his Panamanian piled up cash.... we'll just have to see if he gets to that far and land successfully incognito... unless he again ends up in a UK jail for a rerun altogether..., speculation as well here but who knows?

The story continues.... and if any of you are astounded by the many more months to come with this bedeviled case... please make it worthy of sustaining the trail of this trial with a supportive donation (you decide the sum of course) to assist Batty's costs & time with his further sacrifice & travels away from routine family commitments, thank you.

I have now another support soon to be added to help Batty purchase a proper and new Handphone to replace his being nicked at the KL airport.

It's not fair to say that those that don't donate won't get any information about the trial. Some of us have had to go bankrupt, such as myself. I believed in Pips and it destroyed me financially. I can barely survive at the moment, let alone, think of donations.

I believe what Admins said was those that contributed will get to know any update first. Maybe via mail before the news is released. I am in the same boat as you though not bankrupt but on the verge of it. Contribute when you can or if you can. Letting people know about what were doing about PIPS and getting them the info to them is also a way of helping. We believed that PIPS would be the answer to our problems, it turned out to be our worst nightmare!

So fret not mate, you will still get the news. Good luck in everything you do.

Sorry to hear that news Cassandra.Many others are in the same boat as you.Pips has destroyed many lives.

If you can't afford a donation don't worry.You will still get the news anyway.

Despite financial constraints, members are still contributing to the fund.
Hopefully will we raise enough to get full coverage of the next trial.

I understand that alot of pips members who joined late lost money. I was in early on through goldenwomb. I received returns on my investment plus more before the troubles started. I was one of the lucky ones. That's why I find it hard to believe that Bryan is 100% a scam artist. Maybe there was something a little shady going on and maybe there wasn't. But I think he had good intentions for us for the most part otherwise I don't believe I would have gotten back as much as I did.

However hard it appeared, we still share without placing conditions like with a stick and a carrot kind of proposition... we, have still gone against the common belief by unconditionally providing every step and with available information as it comes so far... has any or most that could NOT donate nor willing to contribute, made any fair and humble gestures with postings thanking the surprising free flow of information that made it possible by all those that donated?

In contrary to the phrase I bolded in red, it was never suggested in that nor meant to be in that context at all... it was proposed that those who donated, will be receiving 1st hand news ASAA (As Soon As Available) while those who are not listed, will subsequently be informed ... like say... a little later albeit a day, week or more, that is what it was meant. So far it has not happen and are you not glad...

c'mon, lets hear it?

Anyway, some will still try to debate quite otherwise as they have been with being conned and scammed but will NEVER concede the obvious reality...

Its not for anyone to sway you into doing or believing what should be understood or done... you do what you please and you will eventually accept the truth, in your own blessed time.... even if you had to run up into yr own attic or down to yr basement to shed your tears & the self made misery for truth always hurts but it also brings joy as closure for many more in breathing a new life when the end is finally reached and the chapter closed with relief.

In my experience and esp. with immediate observation with the many I have come to know thru PIPs... the only way you are and will be blessed with a new revival with life is when you show understanding, compassion, pardon and share with support of fellow mates experiencing the same tragedy... and so long as your life is not taken away from you, and you can afford (whatever degree is not anyone's business) even tuppence to water the plants by your garden or make telephone calls with your hand phone or plain everyday internetting.... and you show deep down your thanks to the one above for pulling you out of the scam claws... YOU OUGHT to reciprocate for that will return in showers of better times someday for you... when, I don't know... just like I don't know if any of you said, I cannot afford to donate... but still can Internet....

ROLClub has come a long way... esp. being accused of what it wasn't and Marek stood tall to brush them off for only time will reveal that RC was neither for or against but bend forward to understand and lend room and shouldered to those who sought a Forum to learn more of the demise on PIPS and the trial and there are many who have also realized, they did the only right thing to support ROLClub with their firm belief that this is the way forward.

You had little reason to have not misunderstood Bryan for you had yours timely paid out and perhaps your initial investment richly tripled as a result.... how can you not be envied and appraised for being in there at the right time, with the ideal & promising source, with the right fella and for the smashing returns as envisaged.... back then?

You did nothing wrong and so will everybody feel the same way like you ...IF, everyone shared your similar payouts with little to grouse but rejoice which wasn't the case and not by the handfuls, okay, I am aware there were several silent hundreds that are as ghostly-quiet as a cemetery on their successful payouts.... but surely, you are not deliberately ignoring the rest of the thousands after thousands that went over the hill with heavy losses???

....and he's now in detention awaiting trial for being an "angel" or savior for the many more millions he suggested/proposing with his solution that could take and topple The Wall Street in no time???

Yup, there was this conspiracy theory too... I wonder when Chavez of Venezuela will be called in to support that claim as well or was it a convenient way for the SAS or MI5 to get subtly even with Bryan?

Hi all,

I have received news that the KL Trial scheduled for today have been postponed to 14-08-08 (Thu). Will update all of you again on 15-08-08 (Fri) as I have a doctor's appointment about my "stones". My feeling is that it will be nothing interesting. best to concentrate on Seremban ones in October.

Announcement

Today, I have transferred all remaining sum that supports the ROLCLub Trial Coverage Fund that is deposited in the PayPal, to theBat$.
The amount is USD$135,14.

I would also advise any donation you may have plan, to temporarily halt or postponed it until further notice. This is a temporary delay.

The PayPal account that was effectively used has reached a stage whereby the $3300 limit has since passed the stage and is subjected to EU Restrictions as well as undergo stricter EU Anti Fraud regulatory Steps.

I am answerable to the verifications and validations which is not a problem. The current situation is and can be detrimental to the account itself, being closed or terminated by me resulting from the account was once based in Belgium where I opened it and while living there. I have since, some months back, legally left and returned back to Holland and I can no longer verify my Belgian status which was just recently required by the concerned Dept in Paypal.

For fear of finding the account frozen and restricted, even during the process which I know, won't qualify to sustain it any longer, due to conflicting valid addresses, the remaining sum is best transferred immediately to Batty in Malaysia.

I will eventually try to open a new PayPal account in Holland as suggested/recommended by the Admin at PayPal from Belgium.
I may maintain or may NOT maintain the same currently used email addy for the next PayPal account... I will further inform you which was decided resulting from the ongoing process.

I wish to add, the amount that has channeled through my PayPal account have surpassed the 3K-plus limit which involves a lot more on my own private personal funds etc...

For the moment, AlertPay is still valid and open for receiving Donation Funds which can be used but it is much more expensive when the fees and conversion rates are applied... but thats still better than E-Currencies which will only raise and stir suspicion by the Authorities "everywhere" which I prefer not to invite but to let this remain transparent and open for analysis, and that is not a problem to be confronted with.
