TRIAL UPDATE 14-08-08
The dates for the trial are as below. No decisions were made during the hearing, like reduction of bail and such.

Here is the dates for all the trial.

SEREMBAN - 9th & 10th October (2days)
KL - 13th to 17th October (5days)

A far outcry which I almost believed in him too....

I feel terrible about so many innocent people's losses. I met at least two in my state who initially received so much ROI that they quit their jobs thinking the money was going to keep coming in. You know how sometimes some people who escape injury or death in an accident or war feel guilty that they've escaped harm and others didn't? That's how I feel. If BM didn't do anything wrong, God bless him. If he did, then he deserves everything the court imposes on him.

I rarely post but I want to say thanks to you Yogi and the Bat for all you do.

I can relate as you yrself have been doing too and so has many thousands more with each other that experienced this bad "omen" on their life savings... and yes, we help to understand each other's cause and plight having perished with the dream so cunningly steered and created with almost 100% of convincing it managed to book.

All the more we continue to gather here, on ROLClub's Forum, hopefully to witness and be part of knowing 1st hand on the closure of PIPs and the Trial which is far from over but for many affected, the foreclosures currently a widespread sadness on millions of homes and hardships coupled to their financial destabilization, are as worse as the current state of affairs in many countries with the USA being no exception either.

Join the rest of the members, with us Admins and supporting Donors in maintaining the Fund to see that we don't lose sight of the Marsdens Trial, thank you.

In addition, I would like to take this opportunity again, to announce the great news I just received this early evening on August 15th.

You do not nor need to have a PayPal acct principally. I trust you have or use a CC to transact any online payments for purchases?

Which means, you can donate, if I wish to ACCEPT your "unverified PayPal status", provided you add the statement disclosing it is for RC Donation on Marsdens Trial Coverage and you include your username i.e. "skyhigh" and that is sufficient. Leaving this statement out, I will refuse acceptance and will instruct PayPal to deny the transfer.

PM me your email address(I assume I can use the above you mentioned?) and I shall use it to invite/request your donation and you also need to include the amount that you wish to donate, which is mandatory by PayPal and you will then have a choice to use your CC to donate.

i wish i was better off right now but i have been unemployed since march 2008. and had to sell my car too. do not have the funds to send at this time . just trying ti survive at this time. i an interrested on what goes on because i am a loyal p--- member and i still believe in bm , and sm. may god be with them . gods love to all of you . i have been very ill and i am slowly getting back to good. love spiderman.

What faith. I can say that I have that conviction. But I wish you all the best. I am in debt too and PIPS was supposed to free me from it but in turn created more chaos than it did good. Anyway, sorry to hear about your health, get well soon. Contributions are voluntary in nature. Those that can, please do. Those that cannot, we will still get the news to you.

Keep the faith. I can promise you, that I will get the news but no lights at the end of the tunnel from me, unless I decide to stand on railway tracks in front of a tunnel!

I made up an answer and contibution to this thread and when I wanted to see the preview it "SCRAPPED" the effort. I was extremely angry as it was a very long effort and addressed many issues.
