I would be very pleased if someone corrects me where I am wrong, because I will end up wiser.
1. PIPS has never been under investigation other than it was attached to PICPAY
2. There has never (or should never) have been money just sloshing around in a bank in Malaysia or any other country, if it was supposed to be earning 2% per day.
3. PICPAY remains under investigation and it may be that 'financial irregularities' occured either in its set-up or administration. This being the case there will be some penalty and it may be closed, but BoN and the Malaysian courts will decide that.
4. According to Bryan's recent posts. PIPS has continued to perform and the overall portfolio (funds) have continued to work for us during this period.
This is exactly as it should be if the PIPS was real and not the scam some have suggested. The truth will be obvious once PSKFinance or whatever has been set up.
5. Since Bryan controls the administrators/investors/traders for PIPS and that money was or should have been working to generate the 2% return that shows on our accounts, then it is a perfectly acceptable proposition to think that he [Bryan] can divert the income from those trades/investments into something other than PICPAY as he sees fit. Indeed that was one of the primary rights we gave to PIPSINC when we first invested. Therefore, he could divert 'new' returns in any direction he chooses including PSKFinance.
What does this all mean?
a. The money I have invested in PIPS to date and its returns are largely good and true, if the above is true.
b. Any money I may have in PICPAY as outstanding credit to me is frozen until such time as BoN and the courts declare it otherwise.
c. Proof of what I may have in PICPAY or PIPS can only be demonstrated when the files are returned to Bryan; however, if money exists in PIPS in my account it will continue to grow regardless, if money exists in PICPAY it is inaccessible at present; therefore, I cannot withdraw any 'new' money until I can prove that I had some in PIPS in the first instance (fraud protection).
Can I actually do anything to influence a change?
No! I have no control over investments or trade. I cannot prove my investment even with any snap shots of the account summary as this could easily be adjusted by modifying the bitmap image, so nothing can be proven. I do have references to my accounts, so I can show that they did once exist, but I cannot actually influence anything.
Should I invest further in Bryan's new projects?
I have a good deal of my life savings tied up with PIPS already and have not achieved any actual return to date. Many conservative people would consider it fool-hardy to throw even more New Money into another venture.
Bryan has NEVER said that the money I have in PIPS is a lost cause, indeed he has recently stated that it is still there and growing. Since I do not and cannot dictate how Bryan chooses to reinvest the money I am earning, he can do whatever he considers to be in my (and others) best interest to meet the commitments PIPS made when I originally invested.
Can someone please tell me whether I have any more influence than I have described or how taking a vote on something that we can never control will change anything?
I think I am reliant on Bryan being the upstanding and honest person I thought he was when I initially invested and I have seen nothing demonstrable so far to show that he is not. I have seen incredible speculation in both extremes.
If my belief is right, then all will be well and my life dreams will be fulfilled. If I am wrong then I will have lost a large proportion of my retirement savings and will end up having to work until I drop, but can I influence the outcome - NO!
So, help me here Bryan and demonstrate that I (and all the others) were right to believe in what you have told us.

Regarding trolls and trolling -- as in trolling--if you never get a bite and never pull in a fish what does a troller usually do?
Pulls in his line, loads up his boat and goes home to pout.

Stay the course!
Marek, I've posted my views many times, but hour restate them here now!
1) hopefully, when anybody investment their hard-earned money they did their due diligence and didn't invest any money that they couldn't afford to lose; as all investments have different risks; but that is the key to all investments.
2) with that said, and because I fall into the group that would not invest anything I could not afford to lose, I am willing to wait and believe that PIPS will be back.
No I'm not saying I want to lose my investment, what I am saying is that I understand the risk I took when I invested, and I still have confidence in pips!
I will also continue to evaluate other alternative investments and hope this forum can be opened to the new investments while doing so in a positive way. I hope this can be applied to all investments including pips!
As always, take what you learned, never forget it and apply it to any other decision-making down the road!WebDevil
