Bryan has clearly stated that nothing will proceed until the investigation is over and he has the truckload of stuff back from BN, so I don't even know why the quote about the new program starting before that was written.

I will wait, until Bryan brings pips back in it's new form, and support him 110% from now until then, and then from then onwards.

we should all wait, although bryan should keep us all informed on progress every few days so as to alleviate the stress that a number of pips members must be going thru.

I think that if anyone is sitting around waiting is making a mistake. I think everyone should wait (what other choice do you have for PIPS). The point I am making is wait but don't sit around doing nothing! I have made all of my money back in other programs that I put in PIPS and some more. I am going to wait but not for my money, I have made it back already (in the thousands). I will see what the new program look like and make a decision then. Get involded with other programs. If intrested PM me.

Most sensible thing to do is wait for the Boss to say so.
After all he did say that he might have some positive news for us in December.

I have to agree with a lot of points you make here, Cartujo. First of all, I think this thread is not even remotely representative of the overall PIPS membership, considering how few belong to forums let alone actually post. The PIPS cheerleaders love these kinds of threads, and will always jump on board, while naysayers are much less likely to voice their thoughts because this forum is extremely intolerant of naysayers, compared to some other forums. And I think a fairly large majority have "moved on" and are waiting merely by default (as someone so aptly stated earlier), rather than "waiting" because they still have great faith in Bryan and PIPS. That being said, that doesn't mean they won't check in occasionally to see if anything is changed and they might yet get some of their money back.

As for those praising Bryan for all his communication lately...well, sadly, had he communicated with us regularly when all the WD mess first started (which, interestingly, is when he was silent for months) I think that would have made a difference in so many ways. Has he lied to us? Well, none of us knows the answer to that. Choosing to believe someone is honest and has integrity doesn't make it so. Quite frankly, I don't know. I hope he hasn't, and I hope he is a person of integrity, but he hasn't seemed to care much about how many lives have been devastated by what has happened in PIPS. To me, that would show real integrity. But that is just my personal opinion.

As for the other option to "waiting"...what other option? A class action law suit? Well, those are often futile and mostly make the lawyers wealthy, not to mention it would drag on forever, and very little would be recovered in the end.

As for putting more money into a program of Bryan's? I would only even remotely consider that if all PIPS WD's were fully honored, AND clear explanations were given as to what really happened this past year. The story just kept changing and that is why I have some doubts about Bryan's honesty. Flame me if you like, but when there haven't been payouts for nearly a year, it is hard to continue to have faith in someone's ability to make it right. Again, I hope Bryan can and does, but I stopped "waiting" long ago. We were promised too many times that WD's were going to get back on track soon, only for it to never happen. So Bryan's recent optimistic posts, IMO, should be taken with a grain of salt. Is that me being a "naysayer" or "negative"? Perhaps, rather I think it is being realistic, and reality is not always positive. I guess what I do find interesting is just how LONG some people will wait (and I don't mean those waiting by default, but rather waiting with a ton of hope and optimism)...it amazes me that this has gone on now for almost a year.
