Hi All:

I hope you all have a blessed CHRISTMAS being He is the reason for the season! Having said that, how many of you went in knowing there was a possibility you could lose everything? How many of you understand there are powers/forces in this world that does not want the little people (as it were) to have financial porsperity? The thing is Brian is doing all he can to be a blessing to all of us.

So my thoughts are to be still and leave him alone. Keep your oppinion to yourself. Allow Brian to tell us where he is and give him all the time it takes. The bottom line is we have little chose in the matter. Wait until the cows come home if it takes that.

Why not wait? I can't think of a good reason. Life is good and waiting will only prove to make it better.

I should qualify this... I made my initial loan $$ back long ago and then doubled it and tripled it and..... All of it was cash in hand. Then the troubles began and I, like many others, got nervous. But the truth is I recieved more from PIPS than I ever thought I would.

The decision is not ours to vote on. Bryan will do whatever Bryan has to do. As always, I will wait for Bryan's decision and no one elses.

Since the key to PIPs future is the Bank Negara investigation, why not form an association of concerned members, elect someone to represent the association and formally visit BN with a written request for clarification. A letter will probably not be answered but a personal visit by a member who can present themselves well will reveal a lot. A lawyer would be best if the "group" can afford one. As stakeholders you are entitled to this course of action and it might clear the air.

Action is natural.... inaction is death.

To clarify, I dont have any personal funds in PIPs but I am monitoring progress for a group who invested a lot of money. Money that is now urgenly needed.

We have no other choice than to wait. The question is how long? According to Bryan in a recent thread he had this to say:

BN has to return our servers and documents when all this is over before we can reconcile any accounts.

Currently we have no staff left, they have to earn a living so all are gone, it is left to just Sharon and I to deal with at the moment and it is a monumental task.

When we do get it all back it will take some time to sort through it all and get it back in order.

This alone tells me that PIPS or whatever the new structure will be probably will not be back in place until around mid 2007. I anticipate that the BON situation will not be resolved until March 2006. Then it will take at least 6 to 12 months for new staff and infrastructure to be put into place. Frankly, I don't really care about a new program at this time. I would be very happy to receive what I initially put into PIPS.

Until the fat lady sings, we wait!
