I appreciate everything that this thread can offer regarding PIPS. I truly believe in Bryan and Sharon. PIPS is going to survive and WILL become a blessing to all again. Thank you for this forum.

I could not agree with you more. Probably one of the more intelligent posts I have read. If Bryan was found to be a scammer or some form of a crimmial, he would not be allowed by law to register and operate a lotto site. PIPS is on the way back and his last post was a solid signal that the dream is still alive.

I am happy to see some intelligent analysis of the sitution in this thread.
One thing to point out , Bryan stated that the guys in India were working on the website for PipsLotto -- Don't think they are doing it for free -- so these claims I am seeing all over that there is no money becomes doubtful in my mind. IMHO

As I saw stated before about the first step -- what Father or Mother is not overjoyed when their baby takes it's first step -- Pips Lotto could be that first step for PIPS

Yes, no matter how many ways I look at it, the bottom line is the same, there would be no way Bryan could promote another business of any kind in open view if there were lingering issues of fraud. All regulators over react on issues of even suspected fraud, so why would anyone think Bryan could open a new business if his butt were being held to the fire with unanswered issues? Just doesn't make sense if there were even a thread of suspected fraud after the investigation. They would have locked it all down long before this, at least if Malaysia is anything like overregulated US is. (g)
