I for one am glad u did what u did Marek....like i stated in another message...enuff is enuff....i won't start on mr. marsden's lack of respect for not answering the people who just wanted to know if he was ok....IMHO..thats what started this whole mess...lack of communication....again Marek...thanks for taking the time out of ur busy schedule with exams and all to try to get some answers...like i said...good or bad news...the truth is all we want....everyone have a nice day....Pat
Sounds like BON is "working on it" BM is "working on it" and we're all "working on each of them" I choose to believe BM when he posts and says that PIPS WILL BE BACK! I really don't have a choice...but, why would he work so hard on something if it's doomed to fail due to the investigation? But, then that's my opinion and yes I am a cheerleader for PIPS and BM!
Marek...Thanks for the update, calling BON, creating this site and all that you do! I for one agree that by you calling the bank it has "settled" a few/many of us down (for now) and has prepared all of us for the outcome, which I hope will be SOON!

Does anyone here still think you will get your money back? I "invested" 2500$ in PIPS february 2005 and I see them as lost. But if theres a chance to get them back why not. I live in Norway and the updates on PIPS is equal to 0(zero).

The investigators will slow things down if they are allowed to. I still believe that we should cause the bank the maximum embarrassment to force a decision. There's also one very delicate issue that nobody has dared to mention, so here goes.
I lived in Singapore for two years and did plenty of business in Malaysia and I know it's corrupt. I think it's very possible that the reason for the slowness is that Bryan, being the straight guy he is, may well be refusing to pay a bribe to get PIPS back on track and obviously he can't tell us about it. If I'm right, that's another very good reason for embarrassing the hell out of them.
you might be right about the bribe but who would dare to ask for a bribe from someone who knows the king (pips fashon show king and queen were there)
