Lets not forget one thing, every day up until the day before pips was shut down
our accounts were credited with rol, was it real or not, in terms of risk i think it matters at least legally.

Not so! I stand to lose everything I put in. Which is in the thousands. I knew the risks because I have lost in other investments. I haven't gotten one penny out of what I put in. So there: bite me.
