Your so right about this azmia.

I don't remember exactly when Bryan mentioned going public - but it was quite early on in the life of PIPS. He said that he would like to do it within the next 2 years.

This worried me at the time as he seemed to be jumping well ahead (again) - and PIPS was not running smoothly even then.

Later, I think, he decided to do it with only parts of the company, which didn't include the 2% program.

The first time I remember hearing Bryan saying anything about an IPO was in Amsterdam, just before Toronto and Vegas meetings.

I asked him if he had thought about owning our own bank to which he responded that he thought that was a good idea but he was finding it difficult to get one as a result of the 9-11 event in America.

A new license was almost impossible to obtain and he was pursuing the idea of buying a bank license from a bank already set up. However, not many were found to be for sale and there were many people who wanted to buy.

If you should read this, when all the smoke clears, I can put you in contact with some reputable people who can help bank ownership become a reality.

One of the problems there has been in the PIPS saga was the public out-pourings of what was planned for the future. Most businesses keep their future plans close to their hearts. In publicising what he planned to do, BM allowed all those who feared his programme to take premptory steps to stop PIPS in its tracks.

I realise that until the membership proved itself unworthy, by the actions of the few, BM wanted to have an involved membership and for them to share in the future plans as well as the present interest.

If/when the restructured programme gets under way, the best way to keep the Trolls at bay is to make sure the programme works smoothly and effectively from the word go and to keep all future plans securely under wraps. It will be important to make sure that ALL the relevant licences are in place - and all the beaurocratic hoops have been gone through - before the start.

Talk of IPO was mentioned many times on tour, and sadly, talk is cheap. This is typical when trying to keep excitment going, and I have heard the mention of IPO's and stock deals for members so many times, I can't count, so in my opinion, until proven otherwise, going public was all talk.

yes I was a member of PIPS from the begining, and i also heard about this IPO. I have always belived in BM very much. sometimes we want to do something but are not able due to some unknown problems. Bryan did his best and i belive that he is still doing his best to bring PIPS back.
Lets hope for the best.
