Azmia....you are so right....
the Las Vegas mini convention was something to behold....
standing room only.....and lined up in the halls....
I went to meet the man in charge...to find out for myself....as the others...who I was putting my trust in....and I...like the others....was not disappointed.
The mini conventions...were a pivital part of this story...
friendships cemented....of good people wanting to do good things...
and Then...the alliances that formed....now that's where it gets interesting...

Style, do you think that Bill Gates handles all the money for Microsoft! When you get big, you have to hire help and hopefully trust that they don't steal! Anybody in big business's knows this. Sure, small mom and pop stores don't need it, but when your talking millions or billions, you have to hire staff for this.

PIPSBELIEVER, it was Burn I was thinking about. Sorry I got his name wrong because he was a good guy.

Style I disagree, I think Bryan had it set up correctly, just a important part like Burn leaving in the midst of growing quickly caused Bryan to hire substandard help. Lord knows I've done it myself.

cigarman.....BURN leaving in my opinion, was a very huge setback to Bryan and PIPS.
The mini conventions exploded PIPS worldwide! I think the enormous growth may have even taken Bryan by surprise. Hence, the need for him to find so many others to help watch over the company. I can also say this....if anyone needed to make the world tour it was Bryan....everyone wanted to meet him and hear his vision for the future of PIPS.
The people he brought in to help with the management of the operations may at the time seemed fine. You know....we have all bought apples that looked nice and ripe at the time, but watched them go bad afterwards.....*S*

PIPSBeliever I agree 100%. After Burn left the information to the members stopped as well. He really was the kind of guy Bryan needed to stay back and watch over things.

Pat,
At various stages of the PIPS saga the older members have tried to share their knowledge with all that wanted it. However, as I said earlier....as the slowdown and evenual stoppage of withdrawals came about.....there were lots of things that most members had no way of knowing what was happening over there.
Just to expand on something from earlier in the thread.....I do not believe for one second Billy of BTI had anything to do with PIPS demise. Just because Gary updated him for his forum doesnt make him a badguy. Billy of course was more than willing to hear any news Gary would offer......and yes....he posted it for his membership base......but that doesnt mean he helped bring about PIPS demise....
