    Thank you Persephone...

GB: I did not want to bring up names (just yet) but you bring up an interesting point......I recall some time ago Tex saying that BM was a dear friend, his "brother"...and GN calling BM "one of his best friends...." Where oh where are you now, "dear friends" of BM?

It is appalling how BM has been abandoned by his "brothers". It is equally appalling that we experience hit and run tactics meant to confuse and arouse suspicion on anyone and everyone EXCEPT those who were privy to inside information.

Enough. Back to where we were. YOU are suddenly faced with the knowledge that the organization you built is beginning to grind to a halt, and employees and supporters alike are walking away.......ledgers don't balance, and what you intended and put in motion has gone a very different way......

What is the FIRST thing that you do?

Bryan is a man of good standing and if you deny this then you, my friends, do not know the facts. He has never taken a single gold piece from anyones hand.

Facts are that you are all looking in the wrong place. Try looking into the hole that the creeps are hiding in that in an orchestrated group tried to take down Bryan's vison for all you members. And for all that make up jokes about Bryan try looking upon yourselves before casting such huge rocks, they make just come back and break all the glass in your house.

Should I have any control over what to do with all of you upon reconstruction, my finger would go numb from hitting the delete button on your accounts.

Should the house of Pips been protected better, maybe so but that gives no cause to attack the keeper of the house. Go after those that took your dreams and money. Chase them down and demand from them what you demand from Bryan. They are out there and we are watching them, no guilty party in this mess will get away.

I would imagine the first thing I would do is call in an organization to find out where things went wrong and who was to blame?

I realy don't care about who has an agenda or who said what I've waited more than 15 months with no money from PIPS or a good post(meaning full) from BM so I think I can wait another 3 or 4 months to find out the truth.

    Close.....

I'll use a Retail example to make it easier.....

If you find out that the cash register and safe don't balance with the tapes, and that your inventories don't match your product sheets, you shut down, take inventory, balance the ledgers (creating a "contra" account for any misapporpriations) and assess the damage. THEN you would enlist the assistance of outside institutions when and where applicable.

Ok. You've determined the "damage". What do you tell your stockholders?

I would have a serious closed door meeting with all involved and expect some clear, concise answers. If those were not forthcoming, I would hire a forensic accountant/ outside consultant to see exactly what went where, and if it looked like foul play, I'd have no choice but to report it to the relevant authorities.

(oops..I posted after Arc, I'm a tad slow!)

What I would tell my "stockholders" would depend on what I know. If I've only assessed damage at this point; I would want to find out what or who caused the damage. Not having been in such a position before, I don't know...would you want to make it seem as though there were an investigation from an outside source or even have the outside source come in because you've asked them to? It would perhaps help to keep me "looking innocent" and maybe able to glean information from those causing the trouble. Stir the pot a little, without letting everyone know who's doing the stirring.

Sorry - bad form - more meanderings...

I know what I just posted seems 'fun and games' in a corporate world, especially in light of the post before my previous one. I would guess, though, that when the company is built on the hopes of people and direct involvement of the clients (us,) it moves things a bit out of the corporate realm and into a human arena. We're talking some huge amounts of money here and personally, if it were me and my plan and my dream, I would want to not "turn it over" to outside investigators unless it were absolutely necessary. There's a psychological line that crosses which would seem like handing over your child because you don't know what else to do to take care of it anymore that's just hard to do. Sorry - I don't express myself well!
