Thumbs up Let's keep it positive

    Hello,

I get the last cheque from the old PI system in April 2005 and it was paid out with no problem.

The old system doesn't exist since end of 2004 and was not active since (please correct me) April 2004. Additional I get some payouts from P*P*y at that time.

But all of us are signed, that we would not spend more, that we are able to loose.
There was no information that we are not on risk.

Greetings and let's have a look forward to a good future.
(And work with other things further) ;-)

    Gerd

I have edited some content to keep this thread on topic...EW

While I respect that everyone has certain "feelings" about this situation, please refrain from posting them in this thread. We need to stick to the topic which is to discuss the "facts" of the Pips situation. We need to stick with fact-based point and counter point. This thread has the potential to get very long if people post their feelings which will make it difficult to follow or to completely read through. Stick with the facts please...I will edit out opinion to keep things on point.

    Its all my fault...

I invested (loaned) money to PIPS in Nov 2004, Then all the trouble started. Im pretty sure this wouldn't have happened if I would have steered clear. Im very sorry everybody.

Well Bryan states that he has no home, (and no car I believe.....correct me if I am wrong) and he stated "ALL accounts are frozen". I think that pretty much says it all. If I had lost my home, car and could NOT withdraw a penny from any of my accounts, I think it safe to say that I would have lost control of my money.

One of these 3 things has happened. You tell me which one:

    1) He has in fact lost all control of the money (and the whole PIPS program for that matter)
    2) He hasnt lost control and just REFUSES to pay us
    3) There is no money to pay us with, therefore there is no money to lose control of.

IF you dont think he has lost control of the money, then which one of these is it?

    #1 is certainly true.
    #2 probably not true
#3 we won't know until the dust settles on the investigation. Everyone will have different opinions on this, but no facts exist at present, outside of the BNM investigation and BM's head.

I know as many facts as you and everyone else on this forum. Which is practically ZERO.

We know that BNM is conducting an investigation. That is a fact and the only fact that we know. Until the investigation is over, everthing else is speculation, supposition and rumours.

We can sit and wait for the results of the investigation to be published or we can move on with our lifes until the results are made public. I choose to move on and enjoy life today and look forward to the future rather than dwell on the past.

BTW Style, your last question seems to me to be loaded and allows a choice of only #2 or #3. But that was probably your intention.

    Have a nice day.

P.S. Which part of Scotland are you from?

I see......a matter of definition and opinion. Ok, I can play that game. Considering you haven't answered the question, I will make this a little easier for you. First we have to get through the basics. Then we can return to this question and delve deeper. (but I can answer it for you - you don't know. THAT'S honest)

    1. Did PI/Pips payout in the past?
    2. Did PI/Pips contribute to Humanitarian causes?

I'm making this very easy, and I would ask you to keep your eye on the ball. We are starting at the beginning (which is usually the best thing) and we will move forward. ASSUMING that you can keep from mumbling your current mantra, I believe that together, we can make some sense out of this.

BTW: These are "Yes" or "No" questions. Just so there is no confusion.

Thank you for opening and allowing this thread. What I mean by "facts" is kind of what Style and Reelcrazy are alluding to..........but I am sorry to say that the presentation is lacking somewhat here.

The rules have been set. There is no room for emotion, here. We are not doing the "my dad can beat up your dad" thing. Simple questions, simple answers.

Since you stepped up to the plate, Style, I'll start with you. (And thank you btw. I figured I'd have to call you out. At least it's honest.) "Fact" 2 is not a fact, it is a supposition. "Fact" 4 is unsubstantiated. Fact 1 is indisputable. That leaves number 3.

First question: How do you know he has lost complete control of "our" money and Pips?

BTW: Just so you get your "facts" straight.........a lotto program was ALWAYS part of the diversification. This is NOT new.

What would you expect to take place Arcturus? Exodus 15:1-11? Give me a week or so to shake off the dust so I may return to full form. Oxygen lactose’s due to sleep deprivation, during this time of year, prevents me from providing too much intellectual dialect. Now, unless you are looking for some theoretical formula, in which to determine the feasibility behind Fibonacci retraction, or harmonic life cycle analysis, then I may be able to assist.

Very funny, Taxman. There are a lot of people searching the internet and their old dusty books trying to figure out what you just said. I do believe I said we would keep this simple..............(LOL)

Only 5 days left, then you can rest!

By the way 4D, it's knock the rust off not the dust.
    Just kidding.
