These are definitely not FACTS, no tangible evidence supports most of these. A more plausible, or at least just a different view is just as possible:

1. Pips was created as a next generation of a successful theory and working model
What theory? Give me 5 dollars and I will give back 1.

2. GW, PI and Pips all worked in their own time, in their own way

3. Membership DOES have it's rewards, but roadblocks have prevented some from reaping the benefits as of today
I dare say, just from being a part of this Since November 2004 and logging on each and every day and reading the forums, that SOME was more like MOST or NEARLY ALL didn't reap any benifits, myself included.

4. Internal operational issues DID arise. Internal theft DID occur. EGold WAS hacked and stolen. Servers DID crash and burn. Communication WAS lacking at times.
Well, communication was lacking I have to agree with.

5. BM traveled extensively to educate those interested in the method, while leaving others behind to "mind the store".
Educate! No one to this day knows just how or where the money was doing its' magic. It was surely used to start up several businesses, but that would only be a drain at least for a few years.

6. The majority of the major "issues" happened while BM was out of country.
BUT, when I asked about that over a year ago, I was told our checks weren't being sent because only ONE person could sign/withdraw from the PIPS account. Bryan alone. And as you say, he was out of the country at those times.

7. An investigation took place, starting on or about the beginning of August
Our money stopped coming out WAY before this happened.

8. Merchant monies never got to their intended targets/accounts.
That was the straw that broke the camels back, and mine.

9. Some memeber accounts WERE compromised (and $$$'s)

10. Humanitarian causes HAVE ALWAYS BEEN the goal, aim, principle of the organization

11. 2% IS sustainable and workable in the current World system

12. Members DID get paid, though not all
This is a repeat of #3.

13. BM has NOT walked away, has NOT gone into hiding, has CONTINUED to work the system, and the problems

14. Money, a significant amount, has gone "missing" (prior to Aug 2005)

15. Conflicting "inside information" came out from several sources; BM, GN, WW, others. Who to believe?????

What have I missed?

I am not saying you are definitely wrong, and I am now thinking there can be an opinion of the meaning of the word FACT. I guess that some of these facts sound unsubstantiated. IMHO!

Why dont you just ask me where I am EW? You see this is what I cant stand about certain people.............and this is EXACTLY why I am the way I am..........I say EXACTLY what I mean and I mean EXACTLY what I say................there is no reading between the lines or beating around the bush with me. I wish more people were that way and would just say what they mean instead of this game playing. If you are trying to call me out EW, then BY GOD just call me out! Good Lord!

I have been reading this thread......and you know what.........I dont have to post at all and I still prove my point. WHERE IS BRYAN? All of these what if's and how comes and what for's and more "beating around the bush" and "reading between the lines" and yada, yada, yada, yada. And AGAIN, Bryan is sitting back letting you guys do HIS job. He doesnt even have the decency to come here and add to the conversation. To me, that speaks MUCH louder than ANYTHING that is being said here!!

Oh and by the way..............why all the "reading between the lines" people? You guys are insinuating that GN and WW took the money from PIPS. Why not just say it and stop this crap of acting like school girls whispering in class?

lol......Yeah I have to agree. I knew where this thread was going after about the 3rd or so page. Its all a big conspiracy...you know. Gary Nichol and Warren stole money from Pips. Of course these people have NO EVIDENCE what so ever. And it is ALL SPECULATION and ASSumptions. I would find it amazing that the BNM is this far along in their investigation and Gary and Warren are still running their program and still running around free men IF THIS WERE TRUE. That tells me that this is not true. But hey what do I know.......

But you have no problem believing that BM is guilty of something and is sitting on the money and deliberately NOT paying even though He is STILL HERE and STILL FREE and STILL WORKING!

I have posted all of the facts I need to.
I agree that this thread sheds a new light on a few things and it is very interesting................but 97% of what has been posted here is still speculation. It is merely Bryan supporters "non-chalantly" pointing the finger at 2 other men. Thats where the whole thread is heading. To me it doesnt matter to be quite honest. Bryan is ultimately responsible. Bryan refuses to communicate with us where PIPS is concerned. Yes I said refuses because I dont believe for one second it is that he cant, I beleive he just wont!!. Thats all that really matters to me.
If I loaned money to a friend and someone stole his wallet, that friend is still responsible for paying me back according to our terms. He should have been more careful with his wallet.
The same goes with a bank. If they loan you money.......just try going in and saying I cant pay you back because someone stole that money I borrrowed from you, or try telling them, "I dont have all of your money, but you wont start fromn scratch and you wont lose out".... You wont get very far, and that is a FACT!.

The rest is very interesting, but are not facts. Thats what the thread was supposed to be about.

Absolutely...............he is guilty of no WD's being paid for over a year and he is guilty of utter disrespect for the members.

IT WAS ALL BRYANS RESPONSIBILITY!! You know what, as far as I know Bryan has NEVER even apologized to us ONE TIME for all of this. That says a LOT about the man right there in my opinion!!
